Soft rubber with flex in the right spots. Well designed and thoughtful.

The internal part is comfortable and is soft and flexible in the spots it needs to be. Once in place, it tends to stay in place well. This would not stay in if running or jumping. Walking and low amounts of movement are fine. The size is medium, it's not too big even for a new ass player. Would work up to this toy if amateur to ass stretching.

This toy is still one of my favorite toys. Kinda like a classic at this point. I remember splurging on this item a while back but I have no regrets at this point. Battery and remote still work good after a few years of ownership.
