The neck of the toy toward the bottom below the second bulge is quite thin and does bend a little, but insertion is still quite easy and comfortable. Though it's called the "big mood naughty 2," it is by no means the largest anal toy I've seen. I would still, however, caution people who are complete anal novices to steer away from this model and maybe think about the smaller versions.
