I didn't really like anything about this, it was a little bit pleasurable but more painful than anything. I suppose it works for its intended use. I would rather just use anything else. It was my first time with anal beads so I am a novice however I am not a stranger to anal sex/play.

Smell: There is a very strong smell that lingered after I washed it off with soap and water and even a bit of alcohol and yet it was still there.

Taste: I didn't taste this because it smells gross.

Feel: the beads have no give; they are comparable to hard plastic and the string is like a slightly bendable plastic snake that you can buy at the dollar store.

I had an easy time getting these beads in my ass, it certainly wasn't the most girthy thing I've had but it was the longest. I think these beads need to flex more while they were in there to accommodate for my body's shape but no, they are ridged as hell. I surprised my boyfriend by walking around with these in my ass, he liked it but I had shooting pains in my legs and stomach because of how much it was poking my insides. I didn't use this with any other toys.

It's made out of Phthalate Free PVC, yet it still smells like crap. Eden says "In general, PVC is light, water resistant, offers a long life cycle and does not require much maintenance. Sex toys made of PVC are soft and pliable. The PVC toys should be cleaned with warm water and antibacterial soap. You may also use an absolutely universal solution - a sex toy cleaner." It's compatible with water and silicone based lubricants and I did use both it just so happens. Cleaning is easy and it required little effort.

I have no idea what went wrong with this toy or maybe I am just a wimp but this made me bleed so much. I have had anal before usually there is blood because he likes to force himself inside. These bead were not force however and the blood was primarily at the deepest beads the smallest. I had shooting pain down my legs and pain that lasted for an hour after use. I wiped off about a 1/4 teaspoon of blood, during anal sex with penile insertion I just spot a little. The injury seemed deep inside rather than near the entrance from first insertion. I used these beads last night and today my ass doesn't feel quite right. Maybe I should try some beads that are not so ridged as they cannot be manipulated one way and expected to stay. They are flexible yes, but they always revery back to the "U" shape in which it was packaged.

I don't think I am going to give these another try. I will probably get some silicone ones instead of plastic. This was just too ridged and too deep for me.
