The bad kitty lace set by Bad Kitty is a light bdsm kit. This kit would be great to spice up your sex life or to explore the new world of bdsm. The kit is for sensory play and it includes lightly padded wrist cuffs, a slightly padded blindfold, and a synthetic leather whip.

This product would work best for people starting out with bdsm play. I don't think most people that are advanced in bdsm play would find this product too exciting because it doesn't really have that wow factor. You cannot only use the products the way they are intended to be used, other ways are possible as well. I know personally I like to be able to get a range of uses out of a product.

The whip is used to "smack" certain parts of the body. You can use the whip to smack the breasts, butt, thighs, back, and genitals. The whip is not intense but still gives you the excitement that you are looking for. The cuff set is great for restraining your partner and they are very simple to work. You use the chain that is attached to restrain or you can use separate tethers for the cuffs. The blindfold is used to restrict your partners view of what's going on.

The design of the bad kitty lace set is absolutely gorgeous. The pink with a black lace overlay is sexy but gives that little hint of "bad" to it. The kit is made from Polyurethane which rates a 7 on the material safety scale and the whip is made from synthetic leather. This is a very well made product and I foresee me and my husband getting a lot of use out of this product for a long time. The material feels and smells like leather and is rich feeling on the inside of the blindfold and cuffs.

The cuffs are lightly padded, have a very nice fit and they have a buckle closure. On one of the cuffs there is a chain attached and on the other cuff there is a d-ring for you to connect the two. You can leave the cuffs as they are or you can attach a tether to them. I have very small wrists so it's hard for me to find anything that will stay in place but these cuffs fit me so nicely. They even fit my husband who has rather large wrists.

The blindfold is also lightly padded and it has the pink with black lace overlay design on it as well. In my opinion it is made perfectly. It has a wider strap than most which I love because it doesn't wrap around and pull on hair.

The whip is synthetic leather and feels smooth against the skin. The whip has soft falls and it gives a nice thud when it comes in contact with skin. The handle of the whip has the same pattern that is on the blindfold and cuffs. The handle is on the small side so if you have very large hands it might not feel very secure in your hands. It doesn't have very much weight to it so if you want to deliver a strong smack you have to use a bit more force to accomplish it.

The bad kitty lace set worked very well for me and my husband, it met and exceeded all of my expectations. I thought that this product would be like all the other "kits" that we had gotten but this product actually can withstand pretty aggressive pulling on the cuffs. The cuffs are intended for your wrists but if your ankles are small enough you can use them there too.

The whip is not too bad; I like ones that have more of a sting but as a I said previously this would be a great beginners kit. The blindfold is great for restricting your partner's view. It is completely shielding without feeling like it's going to squish your eyes and rip all of your hair out.

To care for the product we hang our whips so that the falls stay straight. As for cleaning the cuffs and blindfold you can just wipe them down with a damp cloth but it's really not necessary. The cuffs and blindfold lay flat so you can store them just about anywhere.

Me and my husband have fallen in love with this product. We are newer to the bdsm community and are still trying to find what works for us and what doesn't. The bad kitty lace set has impressed us both. The cuffs were able to withstand a lot of force of pulling on them and they didn't break. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to begin exploring new things with their partner.
