I found this toy to be excellent in many regards. It can be used as a cock ring, ball divider, or both at the same time. It's all about how you fasten it. It's only useful for males, of course, but couples could find quite a lot of uses for this hot little item.

This is a leather and metal item. It isn't really stretchy at all, and the leather part is textured. There is no real stimulation just from touching the item. The main stimulation is when it's fastened onto your body.

The overall design is interesting. It allows for the strap to be fastened into numerous positions. The metal snaps can snag on loose skin, so be careful when attempting to fasten it. It is slightly adjustable so you can use either one or two snaps at each attach point.

After using it several times, I have found several ways of attaching it.

A slightly different method is to just fasten the longer strap around your balls if you aren't in need of a cock ring or if the previous setup is too tight or uncomfortable.
