This has multiple snaps to accommodate different sizes. The short strap is for the balls. It should be very tight and secure the testicles, so they don't get loose. The top strap is the cock ring. It goes under the scrotum and over his penis. The C ring can be adjusted from 2 1/2" wide (cir 6 1/2 ") to 1 3/4" wide.

The snaps are a little difficult to secure. The space to work with and tightness of the snaps make it a slight challenge. The snaps need to be tight so won't pop back open.
