I have extremely sensitive nipples, so my partner purchased these for me as a Christmas gift. We have found that there are definitely good things about this product, but they also have one major drawback.

I have found the sensation of the clamps to be extremely pleasurable, but they slide off very easily. It is extremely easy to adjust the clamps, which makes them perfect for beginners (such as my partner and myself were). Every different "level" so to speak provides different intensities of pressure. I haven't found the clamps to be overly or unbearably painful, even when set at the tightest adjustment. The rubber tips feel nice and the metal chain can cause an enjoyable cold sensation. They feel really nice if you enjoy a bit of pinching and pressure.

That all being said, the clamps have a tendency to fall off at the drop of a hat. I have found that they'll come off when they are jostled even slightly. If your chest is pressed against your partner's, the bed, or some other surface, there's a good chance they'll get bumped and fall off. Intense movements (like deep thrusting) that cause your breasts to bounce, can make the clamps fall off. Sometimes the clamps will fall off for no reason whatsoever. It can get extremely frustrating to have to continually stop what you are doing and readjust the clamps. This is a major drawback to the product and while I do believe that the clamps are good for beginners, I most definitely would recommend looking at other sets before deciding to purchase these. All in all, these clamps are really easy to use and will get the job done. They are cheap, made from high-quality materials, and truly are not a bad product. But, their tendency to not stay on, makes them mediocre, rather than great.
