I've always been curious about nipple clamps, so I bought this to be my first pair. This product is a must have for BDSM lovers, and even for BDSM beginners. Being that I have small nipples, I was uncertain as to how well this product would work, but I was pleased to find that they work just fine! Each clamp can be adjusted separately to fit the size of your nipple and are meant to be clamped right behind the nipple.

The rubber tip of each clamps helps the clamp stay on; however, they do have to be tight enough otherwise the clamp will fall off. I had a little bit of trouble at first (as a beginner) because I did not know how to put them on my body without feeling too much pain. I would recommend trying to put the clamp on and then tightening or loosening it accordingly. To do so, there is a twisting, screw-like adjustment knob on the side of each clamp.

I found the clamps easier to use after an orgasm or foreplay, as they are less painful at that point. If put on as a form of foreplay, they may seem more painful.

Cleaning for this product is easy (even wax comes off!). You can wipe the clamps down with a toy cleaner, wash them with mild soap, or boil quickly in hot water (which gets wax off fast) if desired.

The product did not have a smell to it. I received it in a little quarter-sized Ziploc baggy (very eco-friendly) because it had come with several other toys I ordered. The product is small enough to store and hide easily. It can fit in your jean pocket, or even in the change pocket of your wallet.
