To use the Sexual Positioning Sex Sling, you simply strap the ankle cuffs, which are soft and made of a velvet-like material, around your ankles and secure them with the Velcro. The cuffs should fit a variety of different-sized individuals. You can pull the straps pretty tight to the point where your legs are able to go very high and straight, or bent at the knees but really close to your chest. I am on the larger side, so I was originally worried that this wasn't going to work that well for me, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I recommend this to those who want assistance with keeping their legs positioned the way they really want or to those who want to experience some deeper-than-usual penetration. To get your legs to the upright position of your choice, simply tighten the straps that connect the cuffs to the neck portion. I had my husband tighten them for me to how he would like my legs. It made our bedroom life a little more interesting because I love it rough and he was able to get it where he could insert his penis deeper than normal.


The packaging for this was actually fairly nice. It's not discreet by any means, but not tacky either. On the front you get a visual aid of a couple using the product, and on the back you get a closer picture of the contents and a few selling points. There's an instructional booklet inside as well, but it reads less like an instructional booklet on how to use it and more like a sexy story that tries to hit all the points. It does do a decent job of explaining what to do and what benefits it might have, though. Something the instructions don't cover is how to clean this properly. Realistically, you shouldn't end up with anything really dirty getting on this, maybe some sweat from your neck or ankles. I'd recommend hand-washing any areas that might need some attention with a warm washcloth and some mild soap.

Overtime this has become more of a hassle for my husband and I to use, especially with having little kids in the house. Even though it stores easily, it takes too much time to strap it on and adjust it for how we want it in the little bit of time we get alone. For a couple with no kids, this would be an excellent buy!
