I Put My Legs Up In The Air, And Wave Them Like I Just Don't Care!

This sex sling isn't the "be all end all" of positional aids, but it definitely gives it a fair shot. It's comfortable to use for longer periods of time, so long as you make sure to not put all your weight against the back of the cuffs. You're likely to end up with very numb feet that way. Otherwise, this is a great sling that will last for a long time, and keep your legs waving in the air admirably for a long time to come.

Use

Slings like this one are for the most part, a one trick pony. They're good at one thing and one thing only, and that's keeping your legs in the air while you're on the bottom. While the color of this one might deter more "manly" folks from trying it out, it does work well for either sex.

Design / Craftsmanship / Material

The product page lists the material for this as Nylon, which is partly true. The webbing between the cuffs and the backing of the velcro straps all appear to be made of a sturdy Nylon that'll hold up to quite a bit of abuse. However the fuzzy cuffs and neck pad? Most definitely not Nylon. Or maybe, since Nylon is used frequently in lingerie, but either way you should know that the fuzz is a fairly matted down, but very soft, faux fur type material. The Nylon webbing is black, and on this one the cuffs and neck pad are all a bright fuchsia.

In total you have two ankle cuffs, the neck pad, and the webbing that connects them all. You can store it in the box it came in, but otherwise it offers no storage solutions. The neck pad itself is about 9" long and 2" tall. The side that goes against your neck is all fuzzy, but on the backside there's the nylon strap that runs to either of the ankle cuffs. You can adjust the straps with a plastic buckle between the cuffs and the neck strap from right next to it to 47" long. Each of the cuffs when laid flat is about 9 1/2" long. They both have a 4 1/2" long tab of velcro that protrudes from the side to adjust the fit of the cuffs.

The webbing itself can be kind of scratchy or irritating if it has a chance to rub on your skin for any extended periods of time. The cuffs and neck strap though are much more plush. They're plush enough to be adequately comfortable for relatively long periods of time, but could be padded just a little bit more for extra comfort. There was also a scent that I couldn't quite place with my sling. It reminded me of "new" and went away after it had been sitting out for a while. You could also spray yours with perfume or something similar if you wanted. Everything feels like it's going to last for a long time unless you purposefully start taking it apart.

Performance

This worked very well for both my husband and myself. I'm about 5'2", and my ankles are about 8" around where the cuffs sit. On me, there's just the slightest bit of overlap on the cuffs. It was very easy to adjust the length of the straps on my own while in use, and I ended up with about 23" of extra webbing I could play with. Once it was adjusted in such a manner that the neck strap laid evenly across the back of my neck, we got to playing. It kept my legs up in a position that I have a hard time maintaining on my own and did it pretty comfortably as well. My only complaints were that if I let too much weight sit on the back edge of the cuffs, my feet would start to lose blood flow and go numb. Also, the straps sometimes felt like a pain to work around. It wasn't too bad once we figured out where to stick my legs, but there were a few times that while getting into it one of us would end up on the adjuster strap for one side of the cuffs and mess it up accidentally. Laying flat on the bed, it didn't seem to provide the crazy G-spot stimulation that the packaging indicated I would receive, but it did enhance what I was trying to do.

I also had my husband try it out. He's about 6' and his ankles are about 10 1/2" around. On him there was a gap between the edges of the cuffs, but he was able to securely fasten them in a comfortable manner. He spent less time on his back testing it out than I did, but it was able to easily and comfortably hold up his legs so long as he paid attention not to put the full weight of his legs on the cuffs, because he did notice the same blood loss that I did.

Packaging

The packaging for this was actually fairly nice. Not discreet by any means, but not tacky either. On the front you get a visual aid of a couple using the product, and on the back you get a closer picture of the contents and a few selling points. There's an instructional booklet inside as well, but it reads less like an instructional booklet on how to use it and more like a sexy story that tries to hit all the points. It does do a decent job of explaining what to do and what benefits it might have though.

The packaging is also good for storage and can help keep your sling looking brand new between uses. It's not overly big, so you could travel with it as well if you really wanted.

Care and Maintenance

Something the instructions don't cover is how to clean this properly. Realistically, you shouldn't end up with anything really dirty getting on this. Maybe some sweat from your neck or ankles. I'd recommend hand washing any areas that might need some attention with a warm washcloth and some mild soap. It probably won't be detrimental to the webbing to get it wet, but you should try to keep the padded parts from getting too wet.

You can store this either back in the original packaging, in a drawer, in a large back, wherever. It's all one piece and the webbing can't slip out, so somewhere clean and dry is the only requirement.

Experience

This was my very first sling. I'd always wanted to try one but hadn't gotten around to it yet. Until I saw this in pink, and then I knew I had to have it. (I'm a sucker for pretty much anything pink)

So fast forward to the night my husband and I are excitedly trying this out for the first time. We got it adjusted very easily, it went into use very easily, and my only problem was really that my feet would go numb if I put too much weight into the leg cuffs for too long. It held my legs straight up, pulled back, dropped out, wherever I adjusted the length to it went, and held. I didn't experience any of the extra G-spot stimulation or the "intensified sensations as my partner feels bigger" (actual excerpt from the instructional booklet), but I did have a grand ol' time with it nonetheless.

I can tell that this isn't something I'm going to grab every time we have sex, or even every time I'm on the bottom, but it is something that's going to get used frequently and for a long time.
