Great for beginners, not so great for hard play

This toy really is great for people just starting to explore BDSM. The design is really cool, but it could have been constructed better. For the price, this toy is definitely worth it for beginners. I do not recommend it for people heavy into BDSM play as it really just doesn't hold up well to that type of play.

Use

As a blindfold this is better than the last blindfold I tried. The ball gag holds the blindfold in place significantly better but the elastic strap is still very easy to move and remove by the wearer, even with their arms tied. This makes the product ideal for beginners or those nervous about trying it. The ball gag is a very comfortable size and quite soft making it very easy to wear. This is also attached to the blindfold via elastic strap, making it quite easy to spit out. Again, this is great for beginners but not all that useful for a bratty submissive who likes to screw around.

Design / Craftsmanship / Material / Size / Fit

The design for this is pretty good. The addition of the ball gag to the blindfold makes it stay on far better. The elastic doesn't stay on very well though, also the ball gag is not removable. It would be very useful if the metal rivets that hold the elastic on the gag were changed to snaps so that the gag could be removed and then just the blindfold used. It will probably not hold up great for long term play as after just a few uses the elastic is getting stretched out already. The blindfold is made out of a very soft lined leather, making it quite comfortable. The gag portion of the toy is made out of rubber and it tastes terrible, even after a couple of weeks of use. Once it has been in your mouth for a while though, you can't taste it at all. As mentioned previously, for beginners this gag is a great size. It fits comfortably and is easy to remove. All of the elastic straps do have a tendency to get tangled together, but they are fairly easy to untangle.

Performance

For us the product is okay. It is a huge turn on for him and I like the sensory deprivation it provides along with a further feeling of helplessness by removing my ability to speak. We definitely had some issues of it coming off so easily and the taste. It was pretty close to what I had expected, other than the facts that the gag wasn't removable and the elastic was so flimsy.

Care and Maintenance

This product is very easy to store and care for. It simply goes in our box of toys and then gets rinsed off before being shoved in my mouth. Unfortunately rinsing it does nothing for the taste. Afterward, we rinse it off again and store it back in the toy box but this could just as easily be kept in a drawer next to the bed for light players.
