This is one of the first aides we purchased. It's great for holding a position for an extended period of time. It really does well at preventing the legs of the person wearing it from getting tired. It's great for keeping vaginal and anal access available and ready to be played with. We have used this with me lying on my stomach, exposing myself from being, and lying on my back, exposing everything from the front. This really helped me keep my legs in a position above my head for an extended period without getting tired. It allowed my husband to play and explore and made me feel vulnerable by being complete. The only thing I would change is adding thigh cuffs to hold the things up higher to expose more of the rear end.
