I just got these today, and they've easily replaced all of my other toys as my favorite. Not only are they incredibly beautiful, but they're also very functional. I'm very into bondage, and I've wanted these cuffs for an extremely long time.

I strongly suggest you only use these for light bondage. You can tug on them a little bit, but I don't think you should pull on them very hard. While they do have a metal chain holding them together, the chain is stitched into the silk. So while the chain itself is durable, the silk probably wouldn't be able to hold up to extremely rough pulling. The ribbon holding the silk together isn't very long, but if you have a barred headboard, or anything like that, these should work perfectly.

This is great for anyone who wants to dabble in some bondage. You don't have to be a beginner, or an advanced participant. I do think that for the price you pay, you should definitely make sure you really do like bondage though.

These are the most beautiful cuffs I own, and have ever seen. This is made up of two silk cuffs held together by chains and a silk ribbon. The actual cuffs are so gorgeous. The bottom part of the cuff that actually is on your wrist while you wear them is silk, with a lovely floral pattern. It's a shame that this is hidden when you wear them. The top part that's actually seen while you wear them is made of a wonderfully soft velvety material that kind of reminds me of a baby blanket. There is also a piece of silk ribbon across the top of the cuff. This is attached on one side to a clip that holds the cuff together, and on the other side it's attached to the chain that you can use to adjust the size, and is there to actually connect the cuffs. Both cuffs look like this. The middle consists of a silk ribbon that has a chain attached to both sides. The pieces of chain that hold everything together are actually made from a very light feeling metal. I don't think they risk snapping during use or anything, but it's not the strongest metal, as far as I can tell. Really though, if you're pulling on them hard enough to break the chain, the silk is probably going to tear first.

The actual silk part of the cuff is about 5 1/2 inches long, and almost 3 inches wide, the chains attaching the cuffs to the silk ribbon are 3 inches long, and the silk ribbon is almost 7 inches long.

A lot of the reviews on this say it's more for smaller wrists, and things like that, but to be honest, I have pretty chubby wrists. My wrists are about 7 inches in circumference. I do have to attach the little clip to the last link on the chain, but they do fit, they're still very comfortable to wear, and they're still incredibly beautiful.

As far as craftsmanship goes, I don't have a single complaint. They're very well designed, they're made of very sturdy material, and as long as you don't pull on them as hard as you possibly can, and only use them for light bondage, then these should last you for a very long time.

They're quite durable for silk. They fit a lot better than I expected them to, and they do their job very well. I enjoy a bit of bondage, and these are pretty perfect for that job. I wouldn't be too rough with them, as the silk could rip, but you don't have to be extremely cautious either. Little tugs are fine, just don't play "let's see how hard I can pull this". My boyfriend tugged on them a little bit, and I've tugged on them, and they don't show any signs of ripping anytime soon.

Putting them on is a tad difficult for one person to do, but that goes with a lot of cuffs. All you have to do to put them on is attach the clip to one of the links on the chain in the middle, depending on how tight or loose you want the cuffs to be. I couldn't put them on or get them off by myself though, so you may want help handy.

Honestly; based on my experience with these, I plan on buying more products from LELO.

I would definitely not just throw these in the washer and dryer. You probably could if you were really willing to risk it, but I seriously don't think you should. It does say dry clean only on the box, so you should probably only dry clean them or spot clean them if they don't get too dirty.

They're not high maintenance at all either. I just keep them in the box they came in, and keep that box in the bin with the rest of my toys. You could keep them in a dresser, or a box, or wherever you keep your toys. Just make sure it's a dry place so you don't ruin them with mildew, or anything like that.

The box they came in is just as beautiful as the cuffs. The very first box it comes in is the box that is shipped to your house. When you open that you see a little black box with pictures of the cuffs on the front next to the word LELO. The sides have a red line and the words "LELO SUTRA CHAINLINK CUFFS," and the back has a little summary of the cuffs.

Once you open that box, there's another box. This one is also black, and has LELO written in the middle.

You lift the lid to that one, and you separate the tissue paper in it, and there are your wonderful, beautiful cuffs.

The box does have pictures on it, like I said, so it's probably not good to just leave it around. It is very small though, so it's easy to hide if you need to.
