Oh my gosh, this odd-looking contraption is fantastic during sex, especialy for the rougher part of it. It's great at keeping the mouth open while the male of the relationship, or anyone for that matter, inserts his cock for not only a blow job, but the deep throat of all blow jobs.

The gag is made of metal for the mouth piece, and its craftsmanship is like no other, where instead of a ball gag between the teeth, it allows for the mouth to be accessible for insertion. You can bite down on the ball gags, and depending how hard the bite is you can bite it in half, running the risk of choking on the half that's in the mouth.

The mouthpiece needs to be able to resize for the girth of some men since there are a lot bigger than 1" girth. It does hurt the teeth just like body jewelry does, and the muscles hurt sooner than without it.

    Thank you for the review. How does this O gag adjust behind the head? Velcro, buckles etc? Also, is the actual open gag part adjustable and how large in diameter is the opening. This would be helpful for people who can only open their mouths to a specific point.

    How would you suggests cleaning this, with both leather and metal as part of the gag? And does the O ring gag detach from the leather headgear?

    I would mention that metal can damage the teeth, gums and jaw so this should be used with extreme care.

    Real rough stuff is probably not a great idea with an unwrapped metal mouth piece.

    Also, men with a penis larger than 1" in diameter may have a hard time penetrating due to the size of the ring.
