Bondage tape doesn't look or sound threatening, but it can be as "effective" as you would like to make it. You can use it to make your bondage very strict and impossible to get out of. You could also use it in a more playful way that your partner could easily break out of, but which will help ease them into bondage in a non-threatening way. I honestly love this stuff, and I always keep a roll or two on hand.

Not only can you use this Pleasure Tape for bondage activities, but you can also use it for making clothes with. The tape has a very shiny appearance, and gives you a lovely fetish look. Unfortunately, your outfit will be short lived, because I find that Pleasure Tape is not really reusable. More on that later.

Pleasure Tape is 66 feet long, and two inches wide. You can cut it off into smaller pieces to make it easier to work with. You will likely need a knife or scissors for this, because the tape is really too thick to just tear. This particular bondage tape brand is unlike other brand I have worked with. It's much thinner than most, and it is even see-through. I find that if you put three or more wraps of tape on any given area, it will prevent the tape from being see-through. Any less though and you will be able to look right through the tape.

Because this tape is made from PVC, there is definitely a plastic-like smell to it. It isn't very strong, but if you're going to use the tape to make a gag, or blindfold you'll notice since the tape will be right near your nose.

Something else I really enjoy about this tape is that, while some bondage tapes can have a minor powdery residue, this one doesn't. When you're done playing with it, your sheets will be powder free and happy!

This tape is great! We use it for all sorts of things. You can use it to make gags, blindfolds, clothing, or even just to tie someone up. We've noticed that one or two wraps of the tape is fairly easy to get out of, but if you wrap three to four times, this stuff is stronger than rope! I've never been able to escape bondage tape, and my husband and I will do quite a bit with it when the mood strikes.

One thing you'll want to keep in mind when working with bondage tape is that you'll want to make it a little looser than feels natural. If you wrap it too tightly, it has a tendency to cut off circulation much faster than rope will. For this reason, my husband and me find that it is best to peel the tape off of the roll before applying it. The tape itself takes a little bit of pressure to pull off the roll. Not enough that it is a difficult job, but enough that it'll create too much pressure on your partner if you just wrap it straight from the roll onto them.

Bondage tape is typically much wider than rope, so the skin gets even less chance to breathe when you use it. Your skin will likely get sweaty if you use this to cover a wide area of your skin. I find this is less of an issue with smaller areas, like binding the wrists together.

A lot of people say that you can re-use bondage tape, and that is technically true. However, my husband and me never re-use bondage tape because we find that it never sticks quite as well the second time you use it. Also, when you put the tape on, it doesn't always go on smoothly, and if you happen to get any folds in the tape, then they will stay that way permanently.

If you want to re-use your tape, and the fact that it doesn't stick as well the second time doesn't bother you, you could use paper towel rolls to store it. We used to use paper towel rolls (after you use up the paper towels) and re-roll the tape onto the roll. This keeps everything neat and organized, and you can then easily put the tape into a drawer or toybox. You could also write the length of the tape directly on the paper towel roll, since it is made from cardboard.

If you choose to re-use your tape, please keep in mind that you're probably going to be spending a lot of time re-adjusting and re-sticking the tape.

The Pleasure Tape comes in a plastic case with a cardboard backing. All you need to do is slide the cardboard backing out of the back of the case, and the roll of tape will come right out. There were no instructions with the tape, but you can use you imagination and come up with plenty of fun things to do with it.

The packaging is definitely not discreet. It has a picture of a woman who is quite scantily clad, and who is also wearing a little bit of the bondage tape. Anyone who sees the packaging is going to know what this is.

My husband and me both really love this tape. It is easy to use, fun, looks so sexy on, and will NOT stick to anything but itself. This means that if you want to use it as a blindfold, and you have long hair - you don't have to worry about discomfort. The tape will not stick to your hair and you'll be quite comfortable and happy. Since I have such long hair, this is one of my personal favorite things about this tape.
