The Sportsheets Chain Tickler is a unique little toy that I really love. As a sensation play toy, it's one of my favorites. In the realm of catty-esque feathers, the chain is a delightfully different sensation that feels a little more serious, but not a bit less sensual than feathers or fur. The Chain Tickler is suited to light play and is simple to use, so beginners and sensation players alike will be able to enjoy it. This is NOT a flogging/whipping toy!

The Sportsheets Chain Tickler is of fairly simple construction. A long plastic handle, with a rubbery grip and a small chain falls that are attached to the tip. Though very light-weight, the tickler doesn't feel overly flimsy or prone to breaking. The chain falls are very well secured, and don't budge during use. I imagine that you could shake them loose if you decided to use the tickler as a flogger/crop - which it isn't, so I wouldn't recommend that you try it. Two minor cosmetic issues cropped up with my tickler - the grip on the handle is not glued in place, and the falls are rather uneven in length. Both issues are minor enough that when compared to the price of the toy I can overlook them easily.

The Sportsheets' Chain tickler is a warm-up or light toy - so there is no stingy/thuddy feelings to be had or marks to be left. What it does exceptionally well, is act as a teaser. The falls feel absolutely delicious skimming across skin. They start out cold and warm slowly to body heat. It's a great silky/gliding feeling and quite unique compared to the tickly sensation of feathers or fur. The Chain Tickler is great to use on breasts, neck, thighs, back, hips, calves... really, anywhere you can think of! Pairing the tickler with a blindfold is also quite fun!

The packaging for the Sportsheets Chain Tickler is quite minimalistic. It is just a simple tag affixed to the handle of the tickler, with very basic information provided and a picture of a couple embracing. While it's not useful at all as storage, it is recyclable!
