Opening the package, my first thought was that the sound was thicker than it seemed. It felt very rigid to the touch and was more than a little intimidating. Yet I was also eager to see if it worked and what it would be like sliding it into my urethra.

My first use, I lubed the sound with this jelly lube I buy at Walmart. I lubed up the tip and placed some lube on my tip as well and proceeded to press to try and insert it. There was some mild pain the harder I pushed, and as I originally thought it was too thick to go inside me. After some minutes of trying, and some tearing, I was unable to insert it. I had some mild pain and discomfort.

My subsequent attempts at using the toy were met with similar results. Not so much pain, and an inability to get it inside myself. This sound is definitely one that you should use only after some internal stretching has been performed.

The toy doesn't vibrate. Electrical stimulation takes place around the black band near the end of the shaft. Lube should be applied to both sides of the band, as this helps to facilitate the e-stim itself. The intensity is controlled by an e-stim control box that the sound has no direct control over. The range of intensity varies based on where you place the control between the min-max settings. (Note: The position of the three markers doesn't relate to where any specific intensity is, so much as all three emanating from roughly the same position on the toy itself.)

I didn't orgasm with this in place. Personally, I'm not 100% certain you are supposed to, or even able, to orgasm while it is inside your urethra. Masturbation would be awkward with it inside, and possibly painful, at least in male users.
