Lubricated condoms - male condom discontinued by Playboy - review by Penguin

I'm assuming the Heff has never tried these condoms, just attended the launch parties. If he had, I don't think he'd be very proud of them. EF was kind enough to send me a box of 12 of these, but I don't think I'll be using anymore of them after this review. As a guy with a member on the larger side of things, I expect condoms to not be the most fun experience for me most of the time. However, I do expect anything that Playboy produces to be at least arousing, right? These condoms don't add anything to the experience of wearing a condom. They take away pleasure instead of add to it. Now I know what you are probably thinking...there are no condoms that add to the experience of sex. Not true! I've tried a lot of them with my girlfriend and there are condoms that don't make sex with a condom horrible. This condom is not one of those...

Made for what I can only imagine is the average fellow, not I. These condoms are still not helping a brother out. They are thick and reduce sensitivity and sensation because of that. They are shaped like a tube, slightly larger near the head, but have no natural shape to them. The length is fair for the average guy (5-6" in length), but for me it's a little short (package says 54 mm in normal). I usually have more problems with width than I do length, and these condoms are not helping me out there either. They are tight on me, especially at the head. They have a reservoir tip so semen can pool there, but it's not large enough for me.

During sex, I felt restricted and wasn't impressed at all. Come on Heff... They are easy enough to put on and take off. The lubricant is only on the outside and didn't seem adequate even for short sex sessions. You'll need to ass more. The lubricant is water based. These condoms are latex and do prevent against AIDS/HIV and pregnancy to a certain degree. A pamphlet in the package shows how they stack up against other forms of birth control.

These might be a good buy for a novelty item like for a 21st birthday at a strip club, but for everyday use, they lack what we need or want in a condom.

We also have the large version, so we'll see how those go.

I can safely say, with 100% certainty, that I will not be using these condoms again. I was left unimpressed.
