The ballsy was my first dildo, purchased by my boyfriend. At first I was a bit hesitant, because of the sheer size of it... but OH MY GOSH! It was a great time! My body had no problems in terms of a reaction, or with the feel of it, but some users may need lubrication. This toy is great with double penetration. I have used it in combination with the "Classic butt plug" also found on the edenfantasys.com site. My boyfriend really enjoyed the feel of it when he was penetrating me anally. Another benefit of this toy is that it does have a base, so it is possible to sit on it and/or bounce up and down on it. It definitely requires cleaning. It is made with a Sil-a-gel material, which is bacteria-resistant. However, dust or little "fuzzies" may stick to it, so be sure to wash it before and after use. Some may see this as a con, but most toys require cleaning to maintain the sanitary condition of the toy. While, the Sil-a-gel material of "the Ballsy" provides some lubrication, you may find you need to use some additional lubrication to assist with getting it in, especially if you are on the tighter side, but that would be a personal preference. I have used it with and without, and found it satisfying at all times.
