The size and flexibility of this toy can make it hard to use by yourself. I happen to be a tad out of shape though, so many others will not have this issue. Whoever is holding it has to be very careful of their nails, as they will sink in very easily, which raises the risk of pieces of the toy breaking off. You also need to be careful about bending this toy, as if you bend it at too much of an angle it seems like it could tear apart. There is no question this toy is for advance users. I use this toy anally most of the time. I enjoy large toys though and consider myself an advance anal player. Anyone new to such things, will need to work up to this to reduce the risk of serious injury. I have tried it a few times (with a cover!) vaginally and it is just too large for me to comfortably handle. I would be very careful thrusting this toy, due to the size and length. This toy has a suction-cup like feature. The way the balls are molded it will stick to some surfaces. I have only got this to work once and it came unstuck quickly.
