There is not special about the Ballsy Super Cock. It's a heavy, thick in girth, 7 inch dildo. There are also large balls for you to hang onto during solo sessions. I do not recommend using this toy for all three things, unless you buy three of them because of the material (I'll get into that in a bit). Because it's a plain dildo with no batteries, have at it in the shower or pool, if you want. There is no skill needed to use Ballsy Super Cock, you just have to have a lust for girth. This cock is O ring compatible, so if you wanted you could add it to your strap on pleasures.

Here is where it gets tricky. According to the stats of the product it is said to be made of rubber and according to the package it is said to be made of sil-a-gel. In my opinion with experience with both, I can't tell so I will say the Ballsy Super Cock is made of rubber. Rubber isn't the safest of materials and holds a safety rating of 3, which is why if your going to use it in various holes or share it, either use a condom with it or buy more than one. Rubber is a porous material with exceptional wear-resistance and extremely long lifetime. It is dirt-repellent. It doesn't attract lint easily either. Another negative is the scent of the toy. Upon opening you can really smell the rubber. After a few washes, the odor goes away but if you don't play with Ballsy Super Cock often, then you will repeatedly run into the odor issue. If this were made of sil-a-gel like the package claims then it would have a slightly higher safety rating of 5. Sil-a-gel, for those who don't know is soft, super-smooth, and semi-porous, this material is completely anti-bacterial, limiting the risk of transferring bacteria. I didn't find it to be all that soft but it is smooth but so is rubber. Sil-a-Gel has the tendency to attract dust and small debris, which Ballsy Super Cock does not. Not even rolling it in a towel caused lint to stick.

I would call this toy semi-realistic but others would say it is realistic. The reason I say semi is because of the texture. The texture of the dildo is exaggerated veins. Because they are exaggerated, they can be felt easily and adds extra stimulation when they toy is in play. The dildo is firm but has a slight flop to it, meaning if you were to add it an O ring unless it had extra support, because of it's weight, it would droop down a little, but the whole cock would because of the firmness.

Looking at the Ballsy Super Cock on the screen you really can't get a feel for his size. However, I did hold it as if it were in a an O ring and found that the weight of the cock showed because it drooped a little, not the shaft the whole dildo. The head of the dildo is a nice rounded shape that makes for good entry and the textured veins make good grips for feeding it into whichever hole you choose. Once in the balls makes an excellent handle. This dildo does not require batteries and does not vibe so you need not worry about replacing batteries or sound or settings. Overall the performance of this dildo is not that bad and can be used solo or with a partner.

It doesn't matter if this is made of rubber or sil-a-gel you clean it the same way. Warm water and mild soap is the best way to clean it. Condom use is recommend for use with both as it will help keep them clean and prolong their life.
