The Wannabe Rabbit

The Delta has so many drawbacks that I can’t really recommend it for anyone. The clitoral nub is just annoying, and the shaft is really too small to do anything. This is a toy that is just not fun to use, and not worth the investment.

Use

This is the Delta from Tantus’s Elements line. This hunk of silicone is not going to do a whole lot for someone, especially for beginners. It’s basically a dildo that wants to be a tiny rabbit-style toy. You could use it anally as the flared base and clitoral arm will prevent it from going completely inside the anus. Even though it has a flared base, the clitoral arm would make getting the dildo into a harness very awkward. It comes with a bullet that only provides minimal vibration.

Material / Texture

The entire Delta is made of silicone. It has a lot of drag, so despite the tiny girth, you may still need to use a good water based lubricant to make insertion easier. The entire toy is smooth with the acception of little ridges on the base. As you’ll find with most silicone products, there is no awkward smell or taste with this toy upon arrival.

Design / Shape / Size

The shaft has a banana-like curve to it, and the clitoral arm sticks out like a dog’s snout. No animal faces to worry about here. The clitoral piece sits exactly one inch from the shaft, best suited for smaller anatomies. Technically you can bend the entire clitoral arm upwards, much like you would with the Ina, and insert the shaft all the way, but the vibrations from the bullet significantly decrease with this position.

The Delta is 5 ¼” long, and the length of the shaft is 3 ¼”. The shaft only has a circumference of 2 3/4" which is 3/4" in diameter. You might as well use a finger.

The base contains a little hole for the bullet to fit into. Make sure to use a dab of lube when inserting the bullet to make sure you can get it back out again. The bottom of the toy is nice and flat, so you can stand the Delta up without the bullet in it of course. The shape of the base is like a triangle with very rounded corners, almost an oval shape, making it very easy to hold. The included bullet has a very slim shape so it can fit into the bottom of the Delta. It is 2 3/8” long with a circumference of 2 ¼”, so any bullet of that size can fit inside the Delta.

Performance

I was originally attracted to this dildo for it’s dual stimulation like features. I have a deeper G-spot, so the head of the shaft can’t even reach it. Even if you have a shallow G-spot, the shaft won't provide the firm pressure that you would need to stimulate it. If the clitoral piece wasn’t in the way, I think this toy would be a lot more pleasurable for me. This toy can’t even be thrusted without being jabbed with the pokey nub.

The included bullet runs on three watch batteries, and the vibration is extremely buzzy. It only has one vibration speed. It makes me feel very itchy, so I don’t even use the bullet. I have other bullets of similar size and they work much better.

Care and Maintenance

You can rinse the Delta with warm water and soap or a toy cleaner. Since it is non-porous, you can also sterilize it by boiling for a few minutes, or wiping it down with a 10 per cent bleech solution.

This toy will attract some lint and dust, so it is a good idea to wash it before and after each use. Unfortunately it doesn’t come with a storage pouch, so you’ll have to find a way to store it away from other silicone toys.

Packaging

The Delta comes in a clear plastic box that non-discreetly shows off the toy. The box is flimsy, and a little difficult to open and close, so I don’t recommend using it for storage. The bullet sits beside it in the same mold. It comes with the batteries included, and all you have to do is remove the little plastic disk for the connection to be made.

Experience

I really don’t recommend this toy to anyone, not even beginners. It’s very anatomy specific, and not a whole lot of fun to use at all. It’s too small and overpriced. There are way better toys to choose from.
Follow-up commentary
Thankfully someone took this off my hands and I really hope they liked it more than I did. This hunk of silicone wasn't doing much good just sittng in my cabinet. If you are completely set on something from this line, the Theta is a bit better.
