With this toy being a double header the use can be alone or with a partner. This review is written as usage of it being used alone, with me having fun with my wife. However, even alone, both ends can be used. The 12" Doc Johnson has been enjoyed as a decent quality and fun toy. The length (of course with girth) is a very fun to use. The flexibility of it is a plus when playing with it on someone else. It can be manipulated to bend and curve very easily which makes it fun to use in almost every position.

The flexibility also allows pretty easy vaginal penetration, while bending it to use as anal play at the same time. The straight length makes it easy to maximize penetration depth at certain times, while the girth will give stimulation, even just using it while playing with the first inch or so entering her vagina.

Of course it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a high end vibrator or even higher quality (glass, steel, etc.) dildos, the softness brings a big plus and makes it easy to manipulate in any situation.

The 12" Doc Johnson is made of an antibacterial "Sil-A-Gel". It is also non-phthalate. Of course with it being rubber, the material is why it is so cheap. Even though you will get a softness with this dildo, I can't imagine it lasting for years and years as a glass or steel would. But for the cost, this is a fun dildo to keep using and of course cleaning and keeping its maintenance will increase its life span. The material difference does provide the ability to manipulate it in ANY situation.

This double header is 12" long, has a diameter of 1 5/8", and a circumference of 5". It is a straight double header, veined, dildo. The design is shape but the material makes is very flexible (and soft) and can be manipulated in almost any position and very flexible.

The best quality of this toy is having a full 12" of length to play with, while also enjoying the 5" circumference.

It is rubber!! Cleaning this toy and storing it properly is a going to be the difference in having it a little while and wanting to get rid of it after a handful of uses. Make sure it is clean after each use and we store all our rubber or silicone toys in its own separate cotton drawstring bags. As with all of our rubber or silicone type toys (vs. steel or glass) we only use water based lubes with them.
