FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
As some readers may know, I’m a huge fan of Cyberskin and UR3 realistic dildos because of their ultra real feel. After trying a range of other materials, these ones still can’t be beaten when looking for a toy that’s closest to human skin. Extreme Cock is another Topco toy added to my collection while on my mission to own each of their Cyberskin dildos.
MATERIAL ~ ODOUR:
The Extreme Cock is crafted from cyberskin and is made in the USA by Topco. This material is very porous and only earns a safety rating of 2. Cyberskin is latex and phthalates free. I have found that porous toys can be rather thirsty, absorbing natural body fluid more than others, so some may require the use of a water based lubricant. On the back of package, it states that silicone based lube can be used as long as it’s the Climax brand. Oil lubricants could cause the cyberskin to deteriorate. This dildo has a slight play Doh sort of odour which is only really noticeable when you put your noise on the toy, once washed. I have noticed that many people can’t stand the smell, but as someone who doesn’t deal well with chemical odours because of migraines, this to me is a welcomed aroma.
COLOURING ~ TEXTURE:
The Extreme Cock comes in a light flesh colour with a pink head (that will wear off completely before long). Just like all Cyberskin dildos I have, the shaft is slightly more orange in tone than what the product image shows. Unfortunately, there was no veins on mine when it arrived. These wash and wear off before long anyway.
He features slightly raised veins on a soft smooth textured shaft. Without lubricant, this dildo creates some drag across the skin. On the base has two balls which have very fine wrinkle grooves. On the shaft side of the base is a raised PENTHOUSE logo.
SHAPE:
Extreme Cock is a realistic shaped dildo and has an overall length of 9” with 7 ½” being insertable. The shaft is a hefty 7” in circumference. On the base is two nice, tight against the shaft, balls in which the shaft leans on a slight upward slant. At the tip is a large mushroom shaped head and meatus slit that runs down to the frenulum. There’s no suction cap base. Due to his extreme weight, a cap wouldn’t hold him up to too long anyway.
CLEANING ~ STORAGE ~ PACKAGING:
Being of a porous nature, I wouldn’t recommend just using wipes. Wipes also won’t remove any lint that happens to be on the toy. It can’t be sterilized by boiling or using a bleach solution, so a condom is preferable. I use anti-bacterial soap or toy cleaner to clean mine. Cyberskin can attract lint, so I advise air drying in a protected area. Once dry, coat with Renew powder or cornstarch to prolong the life of the material. Never use talc, as this has been linked to cervical cancer.
There’s no storage pouch with this one. It requires storage where it won’t be touching any other toys, as this can cause the cyberskin to take on smell and colours from others. If you have the space, I’d highly recommend using the packaging for storage.
Extreme Cock arrived in clear moulded plastic clam shell type packaging which is re-sealable. It’s not at all discreet. On the front is a small dome of cyberskin, which is a shop selling feature. On the back are the dildos features and care instructions.
USE:
Just like the name suggests, this dildo is for those who are looking for extreme stretching. If you haven’t tried anything near this large in the past, I recommend starting off with a slightly smaller girth and work up. This one really is for males or females who desire the fullness of a large realistically feeling dildo. If using this one anally or sharing with others, do use a condom as the material is porous and can’t be sterilised. Due to the bulkiness of the balls and weight, it’s not really suitable for harness action. That being said, I haven’t actually been able to test it because I don’t have a ring large enough to cater for this size.

That and the fact that mine is a whole ½” larger in girth than what the product page states, made for a longer build up session than I normally require. Extreme Cock left no gaps unstretched and leaves a lasting impression long after play time is over.
Jeff Stryker sports the same circumference, but to me Extreme Cock feels larger when in use. Due to the very rounded head, it makes inserting a little more difficult than some others of the same size.
I haven’t used this one anally. Unfortunately my butt is out of practice when it comes to the mega girth dildos.

I find a lot of dildos too large for my mouth. They have to be slimmer - no bigger than about 4" circumference for me to be able to deepthroat them. I just can't get them past my back teeth....lol.
