The Twist is a fun vibrating dildo. It works well for both internal and external play on just about any body part, though I wouldn't recommend using it anally since it doesn't have much of a flared base. It is waterproof, so it can be used in the tub or shower. Also, each part can be used separately.

The dildo of the Twist is made of 100% premium silicone. It has no visible seams and no scent. It has just the right amount of flexibility and is smooth but slightly tacky, so a water based lubricant is most likely necessary. The swirls that run around the entire shaft of the dildo are not that pronounced, and I really couldn't feel them.

The bullet vibrator is made of a hard silver plastic. It is phthalates free, hypo-allergenic, and latex free. When used alone, it is nice for those who like firm pressure.

This dildo is 7 inches long and 1 1/2 inches diameter. I liked the size of it. I found it substantial enough, but not too small or too big. It is somewhat realistic looking with a phallic head to it but, as I said before, the shaft has swirls running down it. It is definitely not discreet.

The bullet is also 7 inches long and fits very tightly into the dildo. If you ever want to be able to remove it, you will probably want to use a bit of oil on the vibrator's shaft before inserting it, and then remove it as soon as you're done. I did remember to use the oil but not to remove it, and mine is now probably stuck permanently.

Since the dildo is made of silicone it can be sterilized in the top rack of the dishwasher or boiled. Just be sure to remove the vibrator first, because it cannot be sterilized. Otherwise, both parts can be washed with soap and water or toy cleaner.

Only water based lubricants should be used with this dildo because it is made of silicone.

I really liked the Twist! Even though, as I said, the vibrations were buzzy, they seemed to work well when used inside the dildo. The vibrator by itself really did nothing for me, but that's not how I intended to use it anyway. This really is a nice toy and I would recommend it.
