Gold Spiral Wrapped Juicer Review
As a huge fan of glass toys, I wanted so badly to like this. I have been using it for about two months now with no satisfaction. It's just really hard to use in its intended purpose, and not pleasurable in any other way. Upside is, it is beautiful.

Pros
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Easy cleanup.
Cons
VERY difficult to use on your own, the velvet pouch offers no actual protection, very expensive.
I had seen shows on TV about juicers and how to use them and had wanted one for quite some time. I finally came across this one and purchased it.
It arrived in the usual plastic clam shell packaging and came with a velvet pouch for storage. The pouch is quite lovely however offers no actual protection. It’s very thin (the padded type would have been much better).
My first impression after taking it out was that it is absolutely beautiful. It has ridges on the head, a very pretty ring that wraps all the way down, and actual touches of gold. It is somewhat short and that’s good for a small woman like myself. It has a flat base so you cannot accidentally insert it too far.
I first tried it out on myself. After seeing the show I had a few ideas on how I wanted to play with it. I put on some water-based warming-lube and began to play. The head is quite large and requires a little nudge to insert. Once it’s in, the ribs feel very nice when pulling in and out. I didn’t like pulling, to the point that the head came out, since it is so big. I then began to turn the handle in circles. This was incredibly difficult. First I couldn’t actually make circles; I made more of a jerking triangle. It was also hard to keep hold of the handle.
Next I let my boyfriend take control of the juicer. While he had a much better grip on the handle he had the same issues with turning it. It was really hard for him to make a circle and instead made more of a jerking motion. It was just really hard to get any really pleasurable sensations.
We have both practiced playing with it for about two months now and it’s just not getting any easier or pleasurable. We have used both warming and cooling lubes, put it in the freezer and heated it up with hot water. I enjoy all of these techniques with ALL of my other glass toys but it just wasn’t cutting it with the juicer.
Cleanup is very easy. I don’t normally boil my toys but you can with this one. I use antibacterial soap and warm water. You have to make sure you get into all the wedges in the head, and in between the rings that wrap around. I have noticed it tends to hold onto things but washes off easily.
I was disappointed that I spent so much on this one when I could have chosen a less expensive alternative. I would recommend to anyone who is considering it to try another version of the juicer. I also welcome ANY comments a more experienced person has on the juicer. I want so badly to like it, and perhaps I just need a little advise on how to better use it.
