Hand it to me... or not.

Hypo-allergenic, latex and phthalate free, the Handmaiden G-spot Seeker is an interestingly shaped toy that's intended to stimulate your g-spot and clit simultaneously. The handle allows you to rock the toy as the nubs, both on the insertable portion as well as the clit section, rub against your most sensitive spots. The Handmaiden only comes in one size, so it might not be the right fit for everyone. Because of its shape and material, this toy could be used for anal play.

The Handmaiden is made from silcone, one of the safest toy materials. Thus it is hypo-allergenic, latex and phthalate free, as well as non-porous. The toy is very smooth with a visible seam that cannot be felt internally. There is a bit of drag to the Handmaiden, so using water-based lubricant would be ideal. The material can also be heated or cooled for temperature play.

The only texture on the toy is the two g-spot nubs and the eight smaller nubs on the clitoral stimulating section. The toy itself is a bit firm when squeezed, but it is flexible so it can be straightened or unbent to allow for better penetration. There is also no smell or taste to the toy.

The shape of the Handmaiden kind of looks to me like the letter "G". The toy was designed by women to hit the g-spot with the nubbed insertable part while stimulating the clit with the outer section. Above the clitoral stimulator is a handle which aids in rocking or thrusting the toy. The insertable portion also has a bit of girth to it, so it can provide a feeling of fullness. I personally don't find the toy discreet looking. It does come with a satiny pouch which helps with storing and travel.

As I said above, the Handmaiden G-spot Seeker was designed by women to simultaneously stimulate the g-spot and clitoris. Simply insert the longer portion of the toy then rest the external section on the clit. Grasp the handle however is comfortable and rock your way to pleasure.

The toy is Silicone and has no batteries or mechanical parts at all, so it is water-proof, noiseless, and non-vibrating.

Because the Handmaiden is silicone, it is very easy to take care of and disinfect. Clean with soap and water, toy cleaner, or boil for three minutes. It is also top-rack dishwasher safe. But because of the silicone material, store it away from other silicone toys and only use water-based lubricants. Store in the included satiny pouch.

The Handmaiden itself is placed inside a clear plastic clam shell with a section on the bottom to hold the storage pouch. The outer sleeve is a sheet of clear plastic folded over and attached to itself. On the front of that outer sleeve is the name of the product, the manufacturer, toy material and its benefits. On the back is a brief description of the toy along with some use and cleaning tips. Because the entire package is clear, it is not at all discreet. It would do for gift giving, but storing the toy in the included pouch is much easier and nicer than keeping the packaging.

When I stumbled upon the Handmaiden G-Spot Seeker, the design and shape intrigued me. Though the few reviews weren't really in favor of it, I decided to purchase this with a discount code and accumulated points so I wouldn't really be out anything if the toy didn't work for me. I'm glad that I didn't actually plunk down my hard earned cash on this because I ended up disappointed.

As I said, the shape/design and intent behind this is interesting. If it were to fit your anatomy, then this thing would be pretty cool. But alas, it doesn't quite fit me or my needs. I can easily flex and unbend the toy in my hands, but after I finally get it inserted, it's a little harder to adjust. Obviously my hands are stronger than my vagina. If this was softer and more flexible, that problem would be solved.

As for its fit: once I get it to hit my g-spot, the outer portion overshot my clit. I did get it to hit where I wanted by pulling the toy out a bit. But by doing that, the toy wasn't flush with my body and that lessened its "rocking" ability, causing the toy to pop out on occasion. I also realized while using this that my insides didn't like the g-spot nubs. I definitely prefer texture-less toys.

I can't really recommend this toy, yet I can't really put it down just because it didn't fit my body or because I learned I don't like nubs. The Handmaiden G-spot Seeker would be much better if it came in different sizes to fit different anatomies. As it is, it will not work for women with shallow g-spots. If you have a deeper g-spot (and like nubs), this toy might well work for you. For me, this was a waste of points, but thankfully it is silicone so I can sterilize it and give it a new home.
