The design is very old fashioned, but in the classic way. I did not take this dildo in the shower or tub with me and I am not sure I will. When I was reading about wood, I read that wood absorbs liquids if left into the liquid too long, so I do not want my Woody to absorb any liquids. I recommend against taking wood in the shower or tub.

Wood can be easily wiped down with toy wipes or soap and water. You will want to dry it completely before putting it away. This dildo comes in a purple pouch that is suitable for storage, then you should store it where you store your other toys.

Wood is recommended to be used with water or oil based lubes, however previous reviewers have said silicone lubes did not have any reactions to this material.

The dildo comes packaged in a purple velvet non-padded pouch. It has a white, thin, silk ribbon to pull it closed, but watch, since this ribbon is not completely attached, you could easily pull it completely out of place. On this ribbon is a tag that marks what your dildo is; mine says:

"278MA Mahogany Brown"
