Purple swirled tip - glass wands discontinued by Pyrexions - review by *Huxley*

Since this product has been discontinued, literally within hours of me ordering it, I am not really sure how to go about the review, assuming it won't be for sale ever again on Eden.

With that said, I suppose I will cover the advantage of Pyrex as well as the company who produces gems like the Purple Swirled Tip- PyreXions.

PyreXions has been developing Glass toys since 1998, all of the PyreXions are made by hand in the U.S., keeping the carbon footprint low. The company itself is owned by Aaron Verity. Veriry has been getting international recognition for his Pyrex wonders. Not only is he the sole designer, but he hand blows each individual piece, making them a one of a kind find.

Various PyreXion pieces have been seen in: Kimberly Kane's Triple Ecstacy and Belladonna's Evil Pink 3.
They also can be found in most major Adult stores, including our very own Eden Fantasy's. Pyrexions also has collaborated with Demi Delia, Mia Presley and Cindy Pucci.

So, why choose Pyrex aka borosilicate glass? Pyrex glass is made from 14% boron, 51% oxygen, .3% sodium, 1% aluminium, 38% silicon, and less than 1% potassium. Because of this compound, Pyrex has a high thermal resistance. Making it resistant to thermal shock, low thermal expansion and more resistant to breaking versus regular glass. Although Pyrex glass will crack or shatter when subject to rapid or uneven temperature variations. But unlike regular glass, Pyrex when broken, will to crack into large pieces instead of shattering into small peices. Pyrex even has a high chemical resistant. Meaning, it won't corrode.
Why Pyrex for sex toys?
Well, it is the safest material out there. It is extremely durable, non-porous, less susceptible to disease and germs, can be boiled for sanitation, waterproof and lube will last longer on the silky smooth finish. It also wont hold onto scents and can transfer temperature. Pryex also offers a heavy weight to toys that you won't find with most toys.
Thus making Pyrex an excellent choice when choosing a sex toy. Plus it's 'green'!

The use for a simple wand like the Purple Swirled Tip, is most likely going to be used as a vaginal trusting toy.
The added balled protrusions that are found through the center/shaft area of the toy are there for extra stimulation.
Either end of the Purple Swirled Tip can be used for both penetration, and for use as a handle.

The possibilities are truly endless with the Purple Swirled tip:
+You can thrust with it.
+You can apply pressure to you G-Spot or P-spot.
+You can put it in your butt.
+You can put it in someone else's butt or vaginia, whatever. HOLD onto it since there is no flange!
+You can change the temperature in it.
You can do so much with it. Just don't get carried away and trust to hard, as you could bruise your cervix. Ouch!

As above noted, Pyrex can transfer temperature.

To HEAT: Pyrex likes to be heated, in fact it can be heated to 1,510 °F before it softens. Obviously you wouldn't want to heat your toy this high. But you [itlaic|could]. To warm your toy to a comfortable temperature, place it is a bowl of hot water for a half hour allowing the heat to soak into the center of the toy. Test before use to prevent burns.

To CHILL: Place your toy in the refrigerator, NOT THE FREEZER, for a half hour. DO NOT place any Pyrex toy in the freezer. It is not intended to be froze, doing so is likely to shatter your toy. The refrigerator is your safest bet. A safer bet would to add to it a bowl of cold water with or with out ice cubes.

Any lube can be used! Silicone, oil, water based, radioactive waste, all of this is fine with Pryex.
As are all types of condoms, Pryrex toys are compatible will all of them!

Cleaning is super simple. Boil it, Put it on the top rack of the dishwasher, 10% bleach solution or use a mild anti-bacterial soap, wipe, rinse and air dry.
