Since the Small Twister has a slight curve in the body and a large bulbous head, I would say the design is intended for g-spot stimulation. In this purpose, the Small Twister is a success. The large head of the dildo allows for a full feeling while the smaller shaft allows for easy movement and maneuvering. The large head rubs easily and firmly against the g-spot during use and the large flared base works well as a handle for thrusting.

The best part of the Small Twister is its large, bulbous head. It's like training in g-spot locating for beginners. You really can't miss your g-spot with this dildo. The second best part is the slimmer body. The silicone is firm enough that you aren't just flailing the shaft around with no effect on the head. So with the extra room you have in the difference of size you can really move this around so you can feel everything. Another great feature during use is the flared base. It is large enough to grasp for thrusting, but also for stationary gripping if you prefer a dildo for fullness. The Small Twister can be inserted to where you need it and then you can hold the base with your thighs while using a vibrator to transmit vibrations up the shaft and stimulate your clitoris.

There's really nothing I dislike about this dildo but I would guess that some people would wish for more texture from the shaft.

The Small Twister is made of silicone which means that it can be cleaned with soap and water, it is boilable, dishwasher safe, and bleachable. The silicone material does attract some lint, though not as much as some other silicone toys. This will require you to at least rinse it off before each use unless it is stored in a bag to keep all lint off. I recommend cleaning before and after use, just to avoid any unpleasantness.

I prefer to store my toys in a box but silicone toys should not come in contact with other silicone toys or lubricants. To avoid contact with unwanted materials and unwanted damage to your toys, this can be stored in a Ziploc bag, a cloth toy bag, or wrapped in a bandanna.

As stated above, silicone lube is a no-no with this dildo. Water-based lubricants work wonderful and pose no danger to damaging the material of this dildo.

The Small Twister came in a plastic bag with a cardboard piece folded over and stapled to the top. According to the Happy Valley website, they offer two types packaging to retailers. One is the bag type that I received and the other is a square box similar to what Tantus toys come in. So depending on where you purchase your Small Twister, you may end up with different packaging.

I've tried many other dildos and vibrators but this is the first one that was shaped with a large head and smaller shaft. I have discovered that this is an ideal shape for my body. I really enjoyed the full feeling that the large head gave me but often I find that dildos have shafts that are a little on the big side. The smaller shaft on the Small Twister allowed for me to focus on the sensations being provided by the large head.
