Satin and lace garterbelt and panty set by Charm Wear - review by LadyJiyae

I love garters, so I started this month's review pretty optimistic. What's not to love about a garter set? They highlight your curves and make you feel super sexy all day or all night! Unfortunately, however, this one really let me down. The style wasn't overly cute, and I felt uncomfortable in it, and therefore not sexy.



Let's start with the lace design. I was not a fan at all. It's not exactly "pretty," and it feels cheap against my skin. It's also a little scratchy; a sensation I want in my neither regions. I'm having a hard time deciding how I feel about the pattern. On the one hand, the flowers are somewhat cute; on the other, the fringe is annoying, and that spider web looking thing puts me off.

The overall design of the garment itself is also a little strange. It has a hook and eye style closure (it's basically the same thing you see on a bra strap) and so it doesn't really stay put when you're wearing it. It's either too loose and slides, or too tight and gives me a bit of a muffin top.

This garter also comes with attached straps for holding your stockings up. This feature I have no complaints with. It held the stockings well and was easy to put on and take off.



As shown in the photo above, the thong that comes with the set is pretty skimpy. There's not much to say about this thong except that the mesh was pretty soft. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to balance out the scratchiness of the lace.

Personal opinion of this set aside, it is easy to wear and keep clean. It's also machine washable, but you definitely want to hang dry this garment. It stores like any other underwear- hanging or folded. Or, you could hang onto the zipper pouch that this comes shipped in and keep it anywhere you'd like snag free.

Maybe I have too much donk in my badonkadonk, but I just felt like this didn't sit well on my frame. I'm pretty hippy, and so I had sizing issues. I felt like it was too loose or too tight, and either too high or low, which made it hard to find a spot that looked good on me. It does do its job though and holds the stockings well.
