Come on, Vogue!

Vogue is my ultimate favorite. It is intense, g-spot and clitoral stimulating, has 10 different rhythms, soft, bendy silicone and just all out fabulous. Perfect length, everything is in its place and a great experience. It is easy to use, easy to clean and comes with a velvet bag for easy storage. With different vibrations and different patterns, you're definitely in for a great ride.

Use

Vogue is definitely kept at the top of my list. Whether you are using it with a partner, or just for a little time to yourself, this product is worth it. It is a "rabbit" style vibrator, stimulating the g-spot and the clitoris. The bullet that is used on the clit is not shaped to be any sort of animal, so for any of you who were a little freaked out by the animal-shaped bullets, this one's for you! It can be a bit loud at its highest speed, but is otherwise very discreet in sound. As long as we're on the subject of the highest speed, I will tell you that at its highest, it's pretty intense. Although the vibrations cannot be felt throughout the whole g-spot stimulator due to a strong vibrating bullet tip, I don't think I needed it with the strength of the clit tickler. With proper lubrication, Vogue can be easily inserted. The ridges can be a little tricky to deal with when inserting, but there's really no need to worry your pretty little heads. The different vibrations and patterns definitely help.

Material / Texture

The Vogue is made of soft Silicone with a plastic base. It is non-porous, phthalates free, hypo-allergenic, food-grade material, latex free AND water proof. It is very smooth, ribbed and sort of bendy. Because it is silicone, lube is suggested when inserting. Also because of its material, it can be a bit of a lint trap, but thanks to being waterproof, clean up isn't that much of a pain. When first coming out of the package, it had a very faint smell to it which came off with one wash. The material provides somewhat of a bend, so being a g-spot stimulator, it will actually come in handy for those of us who have different opinions on what feels right for us. There is a very small seam that runs all the way down the middle of the shaft, but in no way can you feel it when using Vogue. When inserted, the ridges make themselves useful. It isn't an uncomfortable feeling, but it is something to get used to. The bullet, which is also made of silicone, fit just right and could be placed right on my clitoris with ease.

Design / Shape / Size

Vogue is 9" long with an insert-able length of 5 1/2" and a circumference of 4 1/2" and weighs 9 oz. The clitoral attachment is non-animal, but does have somewhat "antenna" looking ticklers on top. It is designed for g-spot and clitoral stimulation, which both parts did their jobs fantastically. From the pictures, the size does seem a bit intimidating but trust me, with proper lubrication, it is easily inserted. As stated before, it is bendy so it's nice that being a g-spot vibrator, you don't have to worry about not being able to reach your specific spot. The insert-able part has six ridges that vary in length. The first being the shortest and the last being the longest. The bullet attachment also has ridges and with the "antenna" ticklers, it is easy to use and find all the right spots.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The vibrations and patterns vary. On the plastic base, there are two buttons. One that is the power button and the button above that has little zig zags which control the rhythms. There are all together 10 different rhythms:

1. High vibrating
2. Medium vibrating
3. Low vibrating
4. Step - This pattern goes from low to high but pretty fast.
5. Hi-Lo - This one in sound, sounds like a very loud car that is sitting there running, just stronger.
6. Dip - This one sounds like a cell phone vibration, sort of like a high pulse.
7. High pulse - This one is just like Dip but much faster.
8. High steeplechase - This is like high pulse with it's intensity but slower.
9. Low steeplechase - This one also sounds like a cell phone vibration but a bit faster than Dip.
10. Low pulse - This one sounds just like a regular running car.

From lowest vibrations to highest, it can get pretty intense especially with the rhythms. The vibrations also go through the clitoral bullet and the ticklers on top (aka antennas) also can get very intense. The vibrations are mainly located on the top of the insert-able body and the whole clitoral stimulator. I personally like medium vibrating, Step and Low pulse. After use, you know you'll want to turn it back on and use it again. So when you do, you'll notice that turning it back on turns it onto the same pattern that you left off with. That's pretty cool! The controls are easy to use, just two buttons. The noise level isn't all that noisy, at its highest it probably can't be heard through a closed door, but the person using it will hear it. I have used this toy in the shower and it performed just as it would if I were lying in bed. As for the battery compartment, it takes two AA batteries inserted into the body and the white plastic base screws them in place. Personally, I found that I struggled putting the white plastic base back on but maybe it was just me. All in all, performance wise, I was ecstatic.

Care and Maintenance

As always, with silicone toys, you use water based lubes. Vogue is very easy to clean with soap and warm water. Although because of the ridges, I think if you were to put it in a dishwasher, you'd want to get into the ridges and clean it yourself anyways. If you do decide to put this product in a dishwasher, I suggest you remove the batteries and make sure the plastic base is on correctly. As I've stated before, it was a bit tricky for me to screw back on, so make sure that it is on tightly. Storage wise, I put it into the purple pouch that Vogue came with.
    • Easy to clean

Packaging

The packaging it came with was a clear plastic covering and the toy was inserted into a clear plastic mold that held the toy in place. It also came with a little nub that sticks outside of the covering so that potential buyers can feel the material of the product. The instructions came in several different languages including English, French, Spanish, German, Dutch and Italian.
    • Very informative
Follow-up commentary
I am still absolutely in love with this toy. It sits on top of my dresser since I have nobody to hide it from, but it definitely isn't sitting and collecting dust. It's pretty much the first toy I grab when I need a little me time. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested. I like how strong it is, even in the clitoral stimulator. The follow-up rating should have an "I'm still in love with it" option!
