These are easy to take apart and clean. It also works whether it's in the silicone or not, which is my favorite part. Travel friendly, as long as you keep it together. If the balls are separated from the silicone and you have it in a bag, it will be noisy. These were one of the more comfortable kegel balls I have. I see myself using this when I want to do training again. This toy has a design for a quick in or out. Silicone for a smooth entrance. And the loop handle made it easier than it already was to remove, a little push is all it really needs. Most importantly, its's super cute!

I add a little lube to make the insertion fast, this is super easy to use. I'd also recommend this to beginners, considering you can take the balls out and insert one by one, each one going up in size.
