This is basically workout equipment for your crotch. You use these balls to strengthen your kegel muscles by holding the balls inside without letting them fall out. If you are really adept at this exercise, you can lower and raise the balls in and out of your vagina. I know that ability to control your kegels would be very much appreciated by your partner.

The balls are very well made. The pink outside is silicone and is nice and soft. The balls are made of borosilicate glass and are very smooth. Both of these are very safe materials and clean easily with soap and water or toy cleaner. You are going to want to remove the balls to wash this item to make sure the inside gets clean as well. You can use water-based lube if you want but that would make the exercise exceedingly difficult. I guess if you wanted a real challenge.

It has a nice weight to it, and you can remove some of the weights/balls to make the exercise easier to start.
