Body and Soul adore - g-spot vibrator discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by SassySam

Body and Soul adore is sold by Cal Exotics. It's a tapered vibe with a g-spot curve and it comes in three vibrant colours: purple, blue, and pink. I got purple.

The adore is intended for vaginal use and g-spot stimulation.

The curve of this toy could be used to stimulate anally, but I wouldn't suggest inserting more than that, as the base is thicker, but not flared.

I find the tip a little too pointed for clitoral stimulation and I prefer plugs for anal, so I do think the best use for this vibrator is its intended one.

The main material is silicone, which is the standard for good sex toys. Out of the package, it had no taste or smell, another sign of quality material.

The material has a smooth finish with just a bit of drag. Unlike some silicone, I didn't notice any cling to this product, which is a welcome change.

The g-spot curve is effective, if not the best I've come across. The vibrations are a good addition and stimulate well.

There are two main drawbacks for this toy. The first is the size; I am not a size queen, but this toy is about the thickness of two fingers, much smaller than the average sized toys I'm used to using. Of course, this won't be an issue for everyone. In fact, it'll probably be a benefit to some, but not me.

The other problem is where the controls are located. I realize with such a small toy, there aren't a lot of options, but when you're trying to stimulate your g-spot, you have to push the top of the toy down to get the proper angle. Unfortunately, the only way to get the proper leverage is be pressing the top, upward facing part of the toy, which is exactly where the controls are. This is inconvenient, but not unmanageable, if you're careful.

This vibe has basic controls, with three speeds: low, medium, high. A forth push of the button turns it off. The highest speed, I would rank 3 - 3.5. The controls are easy to use, if poorly placed. The toy doesn't remember the last letting it was used on, it always starts on low, but with only three options, it doesn't take more than a few seconds to get to the setting you want.

The vibe isn't loud, a 2 on highest setting. I don't have to worry about this one being overheard.

I did test it in water to see if it worked and it preformed well, but I'm not a big fan of bath sex.

It can be cleaned with mild soap or toy cleaner/wipes. Since this vibe is waterproof, you don't have to be too careful with it. Still, I like to use the wipes that Eden sends free with orders (thank you Eden) and they work quite well.

It should not be used with silicone lube -- water-based only.

I store mine in a standard pouch that I had laying around. It should not be left touching other silicone toys, as the silicone can degrade.
