I think the best time to use this sensual warming gel is right before sex. But I have also found it to be quite enjoyable on my own when playing with my toys. When playing with your partner it's fun to have them rub the gel on you and shiver with the sensations. I've found that my partners get enjoyment out of making me squirm with the way the gel feels and preparing me for a great time. If you're having trouble creating your own lubrication I've actually found that this gets me going and creates some slickness for easy entry.

The only thing I would warn one about is the use of propylene glycol, as this is an ingredient that is arguably unsafe for the body. Some people have bad reactions to this ingredient when used in a product for the body.

I personally found the feel of this gel to be quite smooth and warm. It was a bit thinner than other products I have used but I enjoyed the slippery feel and the warming sensation. I did not find it to be overwhelmingly oily or sticky, but instead found that during and after its use I felt quite "rejuvenated" in my nether regions.
