Fruity & Floral Flirty Fun!

The very best way for me to describe my feelings about this product is simply to admit that I (GASP) went OFF Eden to buy the scrub in a full size jar. I have never done that before. In addition, I have also ordered the firming bronzer lotion and the hand cream in this product line.

These are high quality products with no chemical or fake after-scent to them. The scent is strong but not so overpowering that I get headaches.

Use

Flirty Little Favorites is made up of three of the most popular products from Booty Parlor. They can all be used together or separately, depending upon your preference. Each product has a different purpose.

The first item is the Pink Caviar Scrub with pheromones. It is designed to scrub and exfoliate your body and is for external use only. It is also designed to hydrate your skin.

The second item is the Luminizing Body Butter with pheromones. This is designed to moisturize your skin and give it a bit of a sparkle or shine.

The final item is the Perfume Oil with pheromones. This is a creamy floral scent (which also smells a tiny bit fruity) that has a jojoba oil base.

The ingredients are listed below for each product:

Pink Caviar Scrub - Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Sucrose, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Isopropyl Myristate, Cetyl Alcohol, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Aleurites Moluccana Seed Oil, PEG-30 Glyceryl Cocoate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Caviar Extract, PVP/VA Copolymer Mica, Benzophenone02, Androstadienone, Estratetraenol, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance (Parfum), Limonene, Linalool, Red 33 (CL172000), Yellow 5 (CL19410)

Luminizing Body Butter - Brazilian Murumuru and Cupuacu butters, with luscious jojoba, coconut and avocado oils, age-defying antioxidants found in Cranberry and Acai oils
special note: There is a longer list on the actual packaging but my eyes can not make it out well enough to type it all here as I smudged it a bit

Perfume Oil - Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Isopropyl Myristate, Silica, Androstadienone, Estratetraenol, Fragrance (Parfum), Benzyl Benzoate, Citronellol, Limonene, Linalool, Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde

Special note: I did notice macadamia seed oil in the scrub, so if you have an allergy to nuts, you might want to avoid this.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

I am going to describe each product separately during the rest of this review.

The scrub is very thick and almost "grainy" like a sugar scrub often is. It is definitely a scrub and not a polish. For those who don't know - a body polish is designed to clean with some exfoliating, but the main purpose is to clean. A body scrub, however, is designed for exfoliate with some cleaning, but the main purpose is that of exfoliating.

The body butter is very thick and creamy. I actually reviewed the body butter earlier this week when I purchased it in a jar and fell in love with it. I don't find it to be as much a "butter" as a "creme" because you can squeeze it out of the tube. It is almost like a whipped souffle when it comes to the body butter/souffle options that are available.

The perfume is VERY oily. Be very careful with it. It is a roll-on bottle and you need to be careful to make sure the cap stays on.

Here are a couple of photos of the products on my finger:

The scrub is at the tip of my finger, the body butter in the middle and the perfume oil is shining a bit at the bottom of my finger.

I spread out the scrub a bit so you could see more of the texture:

Taste / Aroma

Booty Parlor states that the scrub has a raspberry lemon scent to it. I smell the raspberry more than the lemon but I smell it more as a soft berry and not overly sweet or tart. In order to exfoliate your body it has "caviar infused beads" and contains the antioxidants of Grape Seed and Soy. It also contains Jojoba Oil and Shea Butter to hydrate your skin.

The body butter is said to be blackberry and honey scented. Just as I stated when I did the review of the jar of body butter, I can not really smell the honey in it. What I smell seems to be vanilla and sweet berries and yet not quite the same berry smell as the scrub. The body butter has the antioxidants cranberry and acai extracts and brazilian Murumuru and Cupaucu butters.

I am not a big fan of floral perfumes and rarely wear them because they give me headaches. I like light soft fragrances like Love's Rain or fruity fragrances. Sometimes, in the winter I will wear Tabu because that scent goes well with my body chemistry. I was a bit nervous trying this perfume but found that I really like it a lot. The scent is described as a "creamy floral" and the notes in it are: Plum, Raspberry, Jasmine, Cedar and Sandalwood. The base oil is Jojoba oil. For me, the top notes are the sandalwood and jasmine. It is not a strong smell but it's a very pleasant smell. My daughter does not usually wear perfume but is also currently wearing it right now and said that if she was going to wear perfume, she would wear this. She says it is almost a combination of a muskey/fruity/floral and you can pick out the floral notes but they aren't overwhelming. My daughter describes this as a "moderate" smell and says it isn't "sharp". She states "you don't need to stick your nose right up against it to smell it but it isn't overpowering either." I find the smell light but I think it is light in the tone versus the strength of the scent if that makes any sense at all.

Performance

I thoroughly enjoy each product in this package and they are wonderful. The scrub does an excellent job of exfoliating my skin. I love the scent and the fact that it stays on my body for a bit longer than products from some other lines. The body butter is very soft and creamy and yet thick and my daughter and I both find the scent addicting. The perfume lasts a long time and it almost feels like the top notes stay with the scent throughout the whole time you're wearing it. Even an hour after applying it, we notice the sandalwood and raspberry and my daughter states that she almost feels like she can smell some vanilla and honey in there.

The scents in these products are definitely designed to last and there is no chemical after-scent or any artificial scent to these at all. The scents are very rich and deep and yet not overpowering. It is hard to explain adequately.

Packaging

I love the packaging for this product - as I'm sure you'll be able to tell from the large number of photos below.

The box is sort of a shiny silver and gives the appearance of being wrapped.

The three items are in a plastic tray that you pull out. Here are the items to show you a better view of what they look like:

To show you the size - I've put the perfume next to a Sharpie marker and a tube of lip balm:

I put this next to a small bottle of aspirin to give you a size comparison. These are 2 fluid ounce tubes.

Special Features

I have not dealt with the whole pheromone concept in this review because it is hard to prove that something does or doesn't work. My husband loves it when I make fresh coffee - or spaghetti or grill chicken or beef. Does that make those pheromones because he wants to snuggle up against me? I don't know.

I will say however, that when I'm wearing this and I go to feed my rabbits (former rabbit breeder) - my very best "breeding bucks" go crazy and want me to pet them and pay attention to them. One of my guys who is normally a total sweetheart, wants to hump my arm.

So while it may not attract people - the pheromones seem to be doing something to my rabbits.

Or maybe it's just the fact it's getting towards spring?
