Vibration option # 3 is 2 1 second bursts followed by a 3 second burst which repeats over and over (buzz, buzz, buzzzzz). Option 3 is at the same intensity level as the 2nd higher strength option. Option 4 is a constant burst of high intensity vibrations maybe half a second apart (buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz). The final option is a one second light burst immediately followed by a one second high burst with a brief pause between the high burst and the next light burst (buzz, BUZZ...buzz, BUZZ). The high intensity comes with a noisy buzz, but it is pretty reasonable. The button to change settings is extremely easy to use but you do have to go through all 5 options to turn the toy off.
