Wrist length lace gloves - glove discontinued by Leg Avenue - review by ~LaUr3n~

I often like to make my own trends and not follow them, but randomly I will sometimes cave to celebrity trends. After seeing some pictures in Cosmopolitan of celebs wearing lace wrist gloves and also remembering eden had some, I decided to go out of my norm and get some! These may not be THEE best, but for the price and my first pair, their are winners to me. They can be worn by them selves in the nude, with other lingerie, with a bondage outfit, a sexy lace or black dress, or just with a coat. They all look cute and sexy!

This set is of a pair of wrist length, black lace gloves. While they are one size for most, they might not fit all that many perfectly. In short, the wrist is large while the fingers are short and thin.

*Material:

The lace of these are made of 90% nylon and 10% Spandex. They are breathable and stretchy to a point. The lace is thin with a vague floral print to them.

*Design/craftsmanship:

The gloves are kind of shapeless. Of course they are shaped like a glove, but the wrist is not tapered to snug fit to the wrist bones. There are distinct right and left gloves which are easy to figure out by the placement of the thumbs. The fingers are closed and have no reinforcement. The wrist part of the glove has a double edge at the very end to keep the ends from fraying. The fingers are sort of sloppily and internally stitched which might annoy some because it is a bit thick, but for the price, I was not expecting any thing more. The material holds up well to wear and they retain their shape. The length of the gloves from the tip of the middle finger to the end of the wrist portion is about 8 1/2". Depending on your weight, and length of fingers, these will lie on your wrist differently.

*Cleaning/care/storage:

Care for these gloves is easy. They have not gotten dirty while I have worn them, but if they were to I could simply wash them in luke warm to cold water. Avoid hot water because it could decrease the black color. Drip dry or lay them flat to dry.

*Sizing:

These gloves are sized as one size fits most/all. Of course this isn't true and it is hard to place a size on hands for gloves. TYPICALLY your weight can correspond to the thickness of your fingers. I weigh 150 pounds and I'd say that my hands are average and nicely proportioned. The fingers were snug on me, but this was a good thing since the wrist part was so loose. If it were not for the tightness of the fingers, these might fall off. My middle finger is a tad longer than 3" and it was just the right (or SLIGHTLY too short) length on me. The bottom of the gloves floats right around my wrist bone which I find very sexy.

The gloves feel nice enough to wear and don't irritate. Some might find the material to be a bit abrasive, but to me there is a nice balance of soft and hard for them to be durable.

*Performance:

Sexually, these can be used as texture gloves. If used LIGHTLY, the gloves textured lace felt amazing on my nipples and the head of my partners penis. They are also incredibly sexy with lingerie or just nude. My partner loved watching me grab my ass in these gloves against bright pink booty shorts, or using them to contrast against smooth and tan legs.

Fashionably, they can be paired with so many things. I thought that they would look silly even though they looked so cute in pictures, but they looked just as cute on me.


*Conclusion:

I'm really glad I got these. They are of decent quality and decent fit. They look cute and or sexy depending on the circumstance and situation. Plus, my boyfriend likes them!

These have held up well to hand washingof which I have only had to do twice because of getting makeup on them. I wore them out and got compliments on them! I have noticed that wth wear, I find that I hae to pull them up more and more. Adding a simple ribbon around the wrist fixes this.
