Night Rider stud, not a dud!

Night Rider Stud is a solid 7 out of 10. It's great feeling, a nice size and a good beginner toy. You definitely get what you pay for, however you wouldn't be wasting your money.

I'm going to say this first and foremost: the Night Rider Stud is not my favorite toy. However, it is not my least favorite either, it's smack dab in the middle. It has some great pros but it also has some unfortunate cons.

This, to me, is one of those cliched sex toys you'd see at Spencers and gawk at with your friends when you were 16 and then all laughingly buy each other when you were 18, as a joke. It has a cheap feel, but those who are budget conscious should consider the Night Rider Stud.

I liked the firm feel and the veins. They feel great and stimulate the outer rim of the vagina well with this awesome little ridged ring. I've used this mostly as a dildo. It took me a while to get the batteries to work in it for some reason, even though they were new. I might have just gotten a faulty one, but I don't mind- if I'm in the mood for a quick whirl around the block and want something that I know will feel good, then I am down for the count with my Night Rider. (And if I'm in a big rush- I'll whip out a bullet as well.)

This isn't a toy that I'd bring out while with my man, it's nice and realistic (for the most part) for when he's not around.

One of the biggest turn off's about this product is the weird greasy feeling it had when I first received it, fresh out of the packaging. I cleaned it a few times and it was still kind of mehh feeling, it reoccurs every once in a while, but I make sure to clean it. For this reason, and (more importantly) personal hygiene as its jelly, I always use a condom on it. Other than that initial unpleasantness, I did enjoy the way that the jelly diffused the vibrations through the whole toy- not just in one central spot as I've felt from some toys before.

I like that it's wireless, having had some wired toys, it can really be a buzz kill when you're all wrapped up in wires. I also like the color, it's my first darker toy and I think it's the only real sexy thing about it. I haven't tested out it's waterproof capabilities mainly because of my initial battery issues combined with the greasy feel- I'm not sure if there was some sort of maybe leak or something that allowed that oiliness to reach the battery area. It takes 2 AA batteries (not included) and I definitely suggest the rechargeable kind.

When in use, I did have issues with hitting the buttons and slippery fingers. The variations in speeds are the classic, basic variations- but hey, if it ain't broke don't fix it. When storing it- be careful! At first I just put it in my toy case, which I always keep clean, but it still attracted lint (as most jelly products do). I just slipped a sheet of plastic wrap around it to keep it clean and bacteria free. Also, it's not discreet at all, unsurprisingly.

I have to say though, it'd be a great beginner vibrator. I think that I would have enjoyed it more had I used it as a first, instead of having a little bit of experience.

That greasy stuff is the material oozing lovely toxins for you! It will continue to ooze out part of the material as it further degrades as jelly toys always do. Thank God you use a condom every time, but I would really think about if it's worth it to have a disintegrating toy made of mystery materials in my house, let alone contacting your skin when washing off the "grease". Who's to say if some of it can eventually seep through a condom? I don't know of any studies, but it's something to think about, don't you think? Thanks for the review and sorry about being all gloom and doom, but it had to be said!
