These kegel balls are simple and easy to use. The "pull cord" on them makes this a great product for beginners. They are soft, smooth, and easy to insert. The size may be a little intimidating for beginners, but with a little lube, you'll be on your way to happiness.

These are 100% silicone, which means you should only use a water-based lube with them! It is comprised of two firm balls completely encased in a super soft, purple silicone. The balls are connected by a thick cord of silicone, having an easy retrieval cord, which is also made from the same soft silicone. I would describe the material as feeling "buttery soft and smooth." There is a texturized design on these, but once inserted, I did not notice anything special.

I personally loved the size of these; however, they may be slightly intimidating for beginners. The retrieval cord makes for a less stressful removal for newbies though. Simply pull gently on the cord to remove... No worries of them getting "stuck"! The kegel balls themselves have a smaller ball inside them that you can feel moving around, but it does not make any obnoxious noises. These are small enough, so you can stick them in a purse or bag if needed.

I love these! I have a couple of other sets of kegel balls, but these are my go-to. They are easy to use, even easier to clean, and discreet. One of the other sets I have is glass, and I feel like I have to be extra careful with them, and they can be a bit difficult to remove...not so with these silicone ones! Easy to "pop" in and out. I feel comfortable wearing these out in public even.

I've been using these since before I had a child and continued to use them after birth, once I got the "okay" from my doc. Let's just say I've never - ever had a partner complain! They've helped tone everything back up, making sex more enjoyable for myself and my partner. Another bonus - I don't sneeze and pee my pants like a few of my other mommy friends!!

Take care of these kegel balls properly, and they will last you forever. Use only a water-based lube and clean promptly. These are quite possibly the easiest item to clean. You can use a specially formulated toy cleaner or simply clean in boiling water or your dishwasher!
