The Ro-160mm by Rocks-Off Ltd is shaped like a giant bullet, but it's sized more like a classic-style or traditional vibrator. As such, it's very versatile and can be used for all-over body massage, external genital stimulation, and internal (vaginal only because no flared base!) stimulation. It's suitable for anyone who likes rumbly vibrations, with multiple speeds and patterns, encased in totally smooth plastic that has a lovely metallic surface. I prefer using vibrators like this during solo play sessions. Don't get me wrong, Ro-160mm could definitely be used for additional stimulation during intercourse or couple play, but in my opinion smaller sex toys fit in between bodies better, and this one is rather loud and the noise could be distracting.

The Ro-160 is made from plastic, which is non-porous and phthalates-free. The material is hard with no give, and the surface is completely smooth, lacking any kind of texture apart from the embossed logo down by the battery compartment cap. The blue metallic finish on this vibe appears to be very prone to scratching, though. I'm not particularly rough with my sex toys, and I've already noticed a few tiny little scruff marks along the shaft. I couldn't detect any smell or taste.

The design is pretty much that of any standard traditional vibrator, only with more of a pronounced point at the tip to give it that bullet shape. Since the shaft is totally straight, RO-160mm suits me better for external stimulation, as I prefer curved toys when I'm trying to hit my G-spot.

The vibe measures close to 7 inches long, with a good 5 inches of that being insertable, and a little over an inch in diameter. Personally, I think this is a great general-purpose size. It's not so large as to be unwieldy, but it's also big enough to give you good coverage when used externally and a nice sense of fullness when it's inserted.

RO-160mm has just a single push-button, located on the battery compartment cap, that's soft, squishy, and clicky. Simply push the button to turn on the motor, and then continue pressing the button to increase the vibration speed or cycle through the patterns. To turn the vibe off, just press and hold the button for a second or two. Very easy, and with an instant-off option, I love that. The only thing is, when you turn the motor off, no matter which vibration setting you were on, it will always start back up at the slowest speed of constant vibration. There are 3 speeds of continuous vibration, a long pulse followed by rapid escalating pulses (it feels like intermittent pulses on top of a constant vibration), a short sharp pulse, an escalating pulse, and quick, throbbing pulses through a low constant vibration.

The necessary 2 AA batteries are included, just screw off the battery compartment top and remove the little paper disk before using. There is a raised line on both the shaft and battery cap, and they need to match up in order for the motor to turn on. I think doing so also ensures that the cap is securely on to protect the vibe's inner workings since RO-160mm is waterproof.

Hard plastic is very easy to care for, just wash it with antibacterial soap and hot water or wipe it down with rubbing alcohol. It's also compatible with water-based, oil-based, and silicone lubes. I was storing this vibe loose in my sex toy drawer, but due to the surface getting scuffed in a couple of places I now keep it in a plastic bag.

Packaging is a flip-top box that has a clear window on the front showing the vibe inside, which is held in place by a molded plastic insert. There is product information in a few different languages printed on the back, including the warning, "Not for anal use." The box is nice enough, I suppose, but if you want to give this as a gift, everyone will know what's inside it. I recycled the packaging rather than keeping it for storage because RO-160mm takes up a lot less space in a ziploc bag than when it's in its original box.

I really like this vibrator and would have given it 5 stars if the motor wasn't so loud and the surface didn't scratch so easily.
