Joni is an excellent choice for both beginners and experienced toy users. She is also suitable for solo play, as well as couples play.

Her best use is as a clitoral vibrator. Her strong vibrations, which are focused primarily at the head of the toy, sent me over the edge in minutes flat.

You could also use her vaginally, but for me, she was just too small to get the job done. She didn't hit my g-spot at all, and nothing I did could make her reach it. I also did not enjoy thrusting with her; I guess I just need a little more length. That said, using her vaginally is an excellent teaser, so if you're the type that likes to be teased? Joni may be for you.

Joni is not suitable for anal insertion. This is because of the fact that Joni does not have a base. As small as she is, there's just too much of a chance of her getting lost up in your bum -- and really, who wants that? You can, however, use her to stimulate the area around your anal opening -- just don't insert her, please!

Joni is made out of plastic, which rates as an 8 on EdenFantasy's safety scale. This plastic is both non-porous and phthalate-free.

One of the drawbacks of Joni is that she is completely rigid. For me, this isn't really a problem, but others might prefer a toy that has a bit of give to it. As rigid as she is, though, Joni is also very smooth and soft to the touch. So soft, in fact, that I found myself questioning if Joni was really made of plastic.

So far as I can tell, there are no noticeable odors or tastes to Joni.

Joni is a small, yet girthy girl. She is 5 1/2" long, with 3 1/2" being insertable, so she is pretty short. For what she lacks in length, she makes up in girth. At her widest point, she is 4 3/4" in circumference.

For me, Joni was a bit too short to really do anything for me when used internally. I guess that some people might be able to push past Joni's studded ring -- I'm just not one of those people.

You should know that Joni is also a very curvy girl. That said, I couldn't really feel the curves when using her. If she were an inch or so longer, I believe that I may have been able to fully enjoy them.

Joni's deep vibrations can be felt all over her surface, however I did find that they were strongest towards the tip. That said, I wasn't able to get pin-point vibrations from her, which was slightly disappointing. Still, her deep vibrations were extremely pleasurable.

As strong as Joni is, I was surprised that she was still fairly quiet. I will still only use her when I have an empty house, as you can certainly hear Joni through the door, but all in all? She's pretty quiet.

The controls on Joni are fairly simple to use. It's simply a push-button located on the bottom of the toy/battery compartment cover. Press once for speed one, again for speed two, yet again for speed three, and then finally again to turn her off. One problem is, there's no instant stop button, so if you get interrupted, you need to cycle through all of the vibration settings -- thankfully doing so does not take very long. Another problem is that the push button is extremely easy to hit by mistake.

Another thing that you should know is that Joni is absolutely waterproof, and does wonderfully when being used in the tub.

Joni is pretty simple to take care of. Firstly, if you need lube, she's sort of a take anything you got kind of girl. Water, silicone, oil.. she can handle it all.

After playtime, my favorite way to clean Joni is simply by using antibacterial soap and water, but you could also use a toy cleaner/wipe, or even wipe her down with isopropyl alcohol.

Storing Joni is just as easy. She is so small that she fits just about anywhere. I store her in my toybox, but she would fit just as easily under a bed, in a drawer...just about anywhere, really.
