The symphony interlude is a traditional vibrator by evolved novelties, and just like most evolved products, this toy comes in a beautiful tin case. The case itself is very generous in size. The tin can be used as storage for the toy or storage for something else. Inside the tin is the toy and a decent size slice of black padding to protect the toy, and it keeps it from rattling around. The interlude really surprised me because by the picture, I wasn't expecting it to be as long and thick as it is. The interlude is 8 1/10 inches long and 6 inches insertable, with the circumference of 4 3/4. It's made of TPR rubber, which can be used with silicone and water based lubricants.

This toy is fully waterproof. You can take it in the shower or the bath. It takes two double A batteries. The batteries are placed inside a removable battery cartridge. The interlude is operated by one single push button and it only has three settings. 1.Low 2.Medium 3.High

At the lowest and highest setting it can be heard through the covers when laying next to a partner, but not through a closed door. None of the three setting can he heard underwater, when using it inside of the bath tub. They toy does have a little bit of texture going around it in a vertical direction. It's just raised a bit, but can't be felt when inserted. Because it's made of TPR rubber, it's very flexible in the shaft. But not so much at the tip because that is where the bullet is located. You can bend it in just about anyway you want it to go. Shockingly, this is a strong vibrator. Much stronger than the pure by evolved.

When cleaning this toy, all you need is some warm water and mild soap or your favorite toy cleaner. Then dry it with another clean towel. This toy should be washed before and after every use. You can use it with a condom to be on the safe side, although I didn't. Because evolved cases their toys in such beautiful cases, it can be given as a gift. This toy had no taste when first opening it, but it did have a smell; a very lite smell. You can only smell it when having it pressed up on your nose.

It isn't a hard vibrator like most traditional vibrators are, so I'm sure you wouldn't have to worry too much about banging up against your cervix. I would still be careful because it's going into your vagina, and with anything that goes in, it should be done with care. When sharing this toy between you and a partner, it should always be used with a condom just to keep the odds of passing something really low. This cannot be used anally. There is no base to hold it down, so this isn't a anal toy.

This toy is good for the more advanced and maybe the newbies. The only reason I wouldn't say it's for sure a beginner's toy, is because it's a little thick. That may not be good for everyone. Traveling with this toy may take some work. Of course without the tin it comes in, you can put it into your bag or purse if you carry big purses. For some, this may be too much to carry out of the house.
