These balls can be used by beginners and seasoned toy users alike. Simply choose either the single or double holder, put your choice of the ball based on the weight into the holder, and insert it into the vagina. It is as easy as that. The loops make it simple to hook a finger in and pull them out.

The material is a really nice, soft feel silicone. There was no smell to speak of. The balls are firm and fit into the holder well, and they stay put.

I love the colors of this kegel trainer set. The pink and blue and white are really vibrant. Just because it gets tucked up where no one can see, it doesn't mean it can't be pretty, right? This set comes with two pink balls and two blue balls, one 30g and one 40g in each color. For perspective, 30g is 1.06 ounces and 40g is 1.41 ounces. The holders come with one opening or two, depending on how your mood or progress strikes you that day. The balls themselves, besides the weight, are fairly small in size. This means they are not uncomfortable to insert or carry around inside of you all day.

These are easy to carry around all day. They are definitely for any level of toy user, but I will say that if you want a larger size ball (weight or circumference), then this might not do a lot for you. I will also say that I'd love this kegel set even more if the loops on the white holders were just a bit longer.

Care and maintenance for these are very easy and simple. Soap and water will do the trick! Water-based lube will work well with these if you need it at all.

This kegel trainer set came in a really nice box, and it also came with a little mesh bag that makes traveling with it a bit more simple. I store mine in the box!

Since receiving these in the mail, I have used them for varying amounts of time. From one hour to twelve hours, they are comfortable and great.
