The Super Head Honcho was really fun to use on my husband. The sleeve was soft to the touch, even though it is made of TPR (which can be grabby material). TPR has a safety rating of 7 on Eden's scale, but it is a semi-porouss material. It's not suggested to use on multiple people unless they are wearing a condom; TPR can't be totally sterilized.

It comes with a bullet that is fairly powerful, and it definitely made him squirm when it was turned on. The Super Head Honcho is advertised to imitate oral sex, and it did fall short in that area. It did create a small amount of suction, due to the closed end and the vacuum effect. However, it didn't have enough suction power to imitate a blow job. Insertion was difficult due to the size of the hole in the end. It is on the small side, and we did end up tearing it a little. It didn't hurt the integrity of the toy though, and it was still perfectly usable. The sleeve has a nubbie texture to it on the inside, but nothing major enough to feel while using it. There really isn't any other way we could find to use the sleeve itself, but you can use the bullet separate from the sleeve. The bullet is removable, and it is somewhat difficult to get in and out of the sleeve. The bullet does have a cord, and it's controlled by a dial on the remote. It's multi-speed, and vibrations can be off, on, up, or down, by turning the dial. The dial turned all the way up gives the strongest vibrations. It is a very buzzy type of vibration, but it is felt well through the sleeve.

The Super Head Honcho smells heavily like plastic. The smell of it reminded me of the sticky hands you can buy out of the quarter machines. The sleeve is neon pink, and glows in the dark (which I find cool). The bullet is made of an opaque white hard plastic, and it didn't have a smell or taste to it at all. It takes 2 AAA batteries to run the bullet, and the bullet is not waterproof. You would be able to use the sleeve anywhere though, just make sure you get it dry when done and after cleaning it. To clean the bullet, you'll need to use toy spray and a towel, or a toy wipe. You can use soap and water, toy spray, or toy wipes on the sleeve though. It was difficult to get the sleeve cleaned out, and dried. We didn't want to leave it wet on the inside, in case it might mold or harbor nasty bacteria.

I had a lot of fun using this on my husband, and I would recommend it to other couples looking to spice up an average hand job. I can't speak for how it would impact solo play, but from my point of view the Head Honcho was a good buy.
