Ok, while this not the Bathmate, for 15 bucks, this thing is great! It has enough suction to get the results you're looking for!

The only two issues I have with this product is that the rubber sleeve is a bit small - I'd say for even a below-average male - but I just snipped mine and used a cock ring and it worked great! The other issue is that the quick release is just a hole drilled in the side that you put your finger over although this too was not a big problem; just put a piece of black tape over the hole (don't forget to curl one side up to remove quickly!!) and there ya go!

For the price, this guy can't be beat. It's got enough suction to cause pain so I'd say it's strong enough. Unless you're a large male there is plenty of length and plenty of girth as well. With 5-6 pumps this guy will have you at your fullest dimensions possible. But again, use a cock ring or else as soon as you release the pressure all will go back to normal. Also don't leave the cock ring or the pump on longer than 30 minutes as bad things can happen! For the newbies out there, don't just pump it up until you're in pain and about to pop - take it slow and work it in intervals! Also make sure you discuss with your significant other before using. For some reason these can be a big turn off. If you're like me, and many others who have a few issues here and there, this makes for a great option to harmful drugs and as this pump claims it can increase size! While my wife was hesitant about all the claims, she was willing!
