You'll need two hands and a good amount of lube to use this. It's best used while laying down and being semi-erect. You simply place the pump over your penis and with one hand hold a finger over the pressure release hole, and with the other hand squeeze the bulb. the It is a bit awkward to handle after applying lube, it tends to slip out of my hands while trying to hold it in place.

The tube is made out of hard plastic, and the ring is made out of a soft rubber. In order to slide my shaft inside, I had to use a good amount of lube because the rubber is grippy which prevents an easy entry.

The size of the tube is pretty big (8" by 2") and should accommodate most people. One design flaw I found was the pressure release hole on the side has slightly sharp edges, which I found to hurt a little once it was fully pumped and I was fully erect. The rubber on the base of the pump provided an excellent seal against any air leakage.

I bought this pump to gain a little extra size. It worked perfectly while it was still in the tube, but once I took it out, it went back to normal size. I tried using a cock ring to keep the size like it is while it's inside, but it didn't work. When you squeeze the bulb, it takes the perfect amount of air out at a time. Not too much where it hurts, but not too little where you have to keep squeezing forever!

It's a little difficult to clean the inside of the tube simply because it's a small space to fit your hand into. On account of the good amount of lube required to go inside, the tube gets messy real quick. I found the easiest way to clean it is to take the rubber seal off and put a damp washcloth inside and turn it around. The pump isn't difficult to store as long as you don't have people going through your drawers all the time.

The pump slides off the shaft with ease, but with one problem. Since lube is required to slide in, the rubber seal doesn't flip so that it is facing downwards. Once it reached the head of my penis it hurt a little bit (especially if your penis has a larger head).
