Not So Pumped Up

This is a good pump to start playing around with if you're a beginner. Just don't expect to be satisfied with it if you're a hardcore pump user.

Use

This toy is a penis pump, and it is exactly what it sounds like. It's a fairly long, cylindrical tube that you place your penis in, and then pump air out of the cylinder. This increases blood to flow to the penis and, therefore, enlarges it. However, you're not limited to just pumping penises. I originally intended to use this with my partner, however, I was not able to use it with him. Instead tried it out on myself, mainly on my nipples and clitoris. So this is going to be a fairly unorthodox review. I did get it to him in time for him to use it solo, so I have his point of view on it solo, but unfortunately we didn't get to use it for any couple time.

Material / Texture

The tube is made out of firm plastic, with a rubbery ring at the bottom, a rubber tube and rubber pump. The rubber ring did not add any comfort or pleasure for me, but my partner said that it felt interesting when he used it. My guess is that my nipples and clit were too small to really come into contact with the rubber.
The toy has a little bit of a plastic/pool toy smell to it, but we weren't really bothered by it.
I think that this toy could be used on anyone, regardless of whether they were new to sex toys or not. It has the potential to be an intense toy, but it was also very user-friendly and fool proof.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

The design was that of a classic penis pump. There is no hiding this one, folks. It looks just like the ones that everyone knows about. However, it worked on both my nipples and clit and his penis, so it did it's job. Size wise is fine, and it can fit a wide variety of people. I think that average penis sizes would work best, though, seeing as the rubber ring narrows the toy a bit.
The toy is not discreet, but is small enough to be travel friendly.
    • May be too tight for some
    • Will fit most people

Functions / Performance / Controls

This toy functioned exactly as we expected it to. It made his penis bigger/more sensitive, and it made my clit and nipples much more sensitive.
The only thing I didn't like was that the release valve is just a hole in the side that you cover with a finger while pumping. For safety reason, it was good, but it was a little annoying to have to have both hands working on the toy at all times.
I found it most stimulating for clitoral use, and honestly, if anyone with a clitoris wanted to buy it simply for them, I wouldn't discourage it. It wasn't enough to make me come by itself, but it definitely made me more sensitive.
For people with penises, this could be a fun switch up to regular sex or masturbation, seeing as my partner said it made him feel bigger, and more sensitive.
    • Not very stimulating

Care and Maintenance

The E-Z Pump is made out of plastic and rubber so it's not able to be fully sterilized. It can be washed out with soap and water. Therefore, I wouldn't share it or use it on multiple partners without using a condom. I would also recommend only water based lube, as silicone lube seemed to "stick" to the rubber material.
    • Easy to clean

Packaging

The toy came in a clear blister pack, and was not at all discreet or appealing to me. I tend to prefer plainer, more "high end" looking packaging, and the packaging for this toy just screamed porn shop to me. However, it did it's job, and if you really wanted to, you could use it for storage. I wouldn't use it for storage or a gift, though.

Personal comments

I honestly didn't go into this expecting much, and honestly, it lived up to my expectations. As someone who prefers intense stimulation, this wasn't enough to get me off by itself, but it was fun to play around with. It made both of us more sensitive. If you're a beginner looking to delve into pump play, this could be a good toy to start out with, seeing as it's on the cheaper end of the pumps available. Just expect to get what you pay for.
Follow-up commentary
After a few weeks of sporadic use, this pump seems to have lost even more suctioning power. It's still clumsy, and I haven't gotten used to the finger over the hole system yet. I wouldn't buy this toy again.

I would be a bit annoyed at the safety valve requiring a finger to block it off when a simple toggle is so easy to incorporate into the design! I am curious at how much suction you were able to achieve...just on a personal note because I have found the bulb pump type pumpers tend to collapse in on themselves and you get a "blah" kind of result.

Anyhow, great review and I do hope you get the chance to use this together...it can be a great experience!
