Basically this is a penis pump, you put your penis in it and through the power of suction an erection is achieved. CAUTION: Do not over-pump! Use the minimum amount of pressure that produces an erection and always release pressure if there is any pain.

To use this product you will need need two additional items, latex safe lube (the drape is made of latex) and a cock ring. This product comes with a cock ring but I found it way too small for myself (too small of a cock ring can cause damage to the penis) and I'm guessing it would be too small for many others; I'd strongly suggest finding a cock ring that fits comfortably to the users anatomy. The product does come with a small sample of Wet lube, but you are going to need more lube if you plan on using this product more than once. Don't try using this without lube, it won't feel good.

To prepare you need to connect the pump hose to the cylinder, you might have to force it but it will fit. Next, slide your cock ring over the base of the pump (the end you are going to be sticking your penis into). Apply enough lube to the penis so it's entirety is slick then slide your penis through the latex drape into the cylinder, you might need to be at least semi-erect to achieve this.

Once your penis is fully inside the cylinder begin to slowly pump the rubber bulb till enough pressure is built to cause an erection, if there is any pain immediately press the button on the rubber bulb to release pressure. Too much pressure can cause damage to your penis!

Once you are erect slide the cock ring off of the cylinder onto your cock, your cockring should be snug, but not cause any pain; if your cockring causes pain (aside from pulling hairs which some cockrings can do) you are not using a properly sized cockring and should use a larger size. After your cockring is in place press the button on the rubber bulb to release all of the pressure then slowly slide your penis out of the cylinder.

The packaging lists the following: Made in China. Material: Silicone (Commander Ring), Latex (Black Ring), SAN (Cylinder), PVC (hose), & Rubber (Bulb). SAN is approved for use in food containers so your penis should be safe.

The design is pretty straight forward for a penis pump, nothing revolutionary. The diameter of the cylinder is 2.5 inches and the usable length is 8 inches. The drape isn't as comfortable as some higher quality drapes but it didn't cause me any pain. The bulb is easy to squeeze while not being flimsy and the button to release pressure is easy to press.

The provided cock ring was far too tight for me so I used my own instead.

The cylinder is made of SAN which can be boiled but the other components can't be so the cylinder should be dishwasher safe. I'd be careful about putting the cylinder in boiling water because the packaging doesn't give any ratings for the SAN, but a dishwasher at 120F should be perfectly fine. The rest of the components can be hand washed in hot water with microbe killing soap or toy cleaner if needed.
